Start with where the banner will hang. Indoors, on a wall or a railing, or outdoors for a season or less, 13oz standard vinyl is the right answer and the cheapest one. Somewhere it will be taken down, rolled, and put back up all year, 15oz premium holds its shape better through the handling. Anywhere the banner has to read from both sides, 18oz heavy duty is the vinyl we print double sided. And on a chain link fence, a scaffold, or a construction barrier in high wind, 9oz perforated mesh lets air through instead of turning the banner into a sail.
