The Standard Sign, and the Bulk Ladder Behind It

Campaign signage has one standard and it has not moved in decades. Inline Graphics prints political signs on 4mm coroplast at 24x18, printed double sided so the panel reads from both directions at a corner, a driveway or a polling place approach. One sign is $53.49 single sided and $64.19 double sided, and that same panel hung portrait is the 18x24 you see on lawns.

Campaigns do not buy signs one at a time, so the real question is where you land on the ladder. Single quantities run one to five, from $64.19 up to $133 for five double sided. Past that the pricing lives in the sign and stake packs, which are double sided with one wire H-stake per sign already included: $139.09 for 10 signs, $267.49 for 20, $545.69 for 50, and $1,080.69 for 100, which is about $10.81 a staked sign. City council, school board and county races usually order in the hundreds, so ask us for the number on a run larger than 100 before you commit.

Two rules are worth knowing before a campaign sign goes to print, and both are set state by state. Nearly every state requires political advertising to say that it is political advertising and to carry the full name of the person, political committee, or candidate who paid for it, so leave room in the layout for that disclosure line. Texas, for one, sets it out in Election Code Section 255.001. Most states also keep signs out of the public road right of way, where they can be confiscated and civil penalties apply, so plan placements on private property with the owner's permission. We print signs rather than give legal advice, so confirm the specifics for your state with your campaign treasurer, your state ethics commission, or your attorney. If we do not see a disclosure line on your artwork, we will flag it on your free digital proof.

Size choice is really a speed choice. The 24x18 panel is right for residential streets and yard placements. Where the road is wider and traffic is moving, the 36x24 extra large sign carries a name at highway speed: $85.59 for one double sided, $235.39 for ten, and $1,936.69 for a hundred, or $181.89 to $1,487.29 as stake packs. A small number of large signs at the busiest intersections plus a large number of standard signs on lawns is how most winning sign programs are actually shaped.

Plan the reorder before the first sign goes in the ground. Signs are lost, stolen and mowed through an entire cycle, and a campaign that buys exactly enough runs out in October. Order the first wave with a second wave already budgeted, keep the artwork with us so nothing needs rebuilding, and know that production is the next business day after proof approval with flat $10 shipping per order. A standard wire H-stake for every sign is included in the price, one per sign, and the heavy duty grade is an upgrade for hard ground, priced on your order in the buy box. The heavy duty grade is worth it on windy corners.

How Campaign Orders Are Built

24x18 Double Sided Standard

The panel every campaign uses, on 4mm coroplast. $64.19 for one double sided, $133 for five, and pack pricing above that.

Bulk Ladders That Keep Stepping

$139.09 for 10 staked signs, $545.69 for 50, $1,080.69 for 100. Roughly $10.81 a sign at the top rung, stake included.

36x24 for High Traffic Corners

The extra large panel reads at speed. $85.59 for one double sided, $460.09 for twenty, $1,936.69 for a hundred.

Disclosure Line Check

Nearly every state requires a political advertising disclosure, Texas under Election Code Section 255.001. We look for it on every proof and flag artwork that does not carry one, so a whole run does not print short of it.

Stakes by Grade

A standard wire H-stake for every sign is included in the price, one per sign, and the heavy duty grade is an upgrade for hard ground, priced on your order in the buy box. Heavy duty holds better on exposed corners.

Artwork Held for Reorders

We keep your approved file, so a second wave is a quantity and a date rather than a new design cycle. Production is still the next business day after approval on the reorder too.

Double sided panels with one wire H-stake per sign, from $139.09 for 10.

Where Does the Ladder Pay Off?

Under ten signs, order singles: five 24x18 double sided panels are $133, stakes included. At ten and above, the sign and stake pack is the cheaper and simpler route, starting at $139.09 for 10 with the stakes already in the price and stepping to $1,080.69 for 100. Runs larger than 100 are quoted, so call before you split an order into multiple packs.

1

Set the Quantity Plan

Decide the first wave and the reorder wave together. Most campaigns underbuy the first order and pay for it in the last month.

2

Build Artwork With the Disclosure

Name, office, and the political advertising disclosure line your state requires, laid out so it survives at 24x18.

3

Approve the Free Proof

We proof every campaign order and flag a missing disclosure line before the run prints rather than after.

4

Print, Stake and Distribute

Next business day production after approval, flat $10 shipping, and stakes packed with the signs so volunteers can start as soon as the box lands.

Political Sign FAQ

The standard campaign sign is 24x18 inches, printed on 4mm coroplast. We also print 18x24 portrait, 12x18 for tight spaces, and 36x24 for high traffic corners.

Yes. Wire H stakes are an add on at checkout and ship with the signs. Every sign is printed with vertical flutes so the stake slides in cleanly.

Coroplast yard signs are one of the fastest items we print. Production runs the next business day once you approve your free digital proof, and the signs then ship to any US address.

Yes. Pricing steps down as the quantity goes up. Online the 12x18 and 36x24 ladders run from a single sign up to 100, the 18x24 and 24x24 sizes sell 1 to 5, and the sign and stake packs run 4 to 100 signs with a wire H-stake for every sign. Order online for the exact price at any of those rungs, and larger runs are by quote.

Usually yes, and the exact wording is set by your state. Texas, for one, requires political advertising to say that it is political advertising and to carry the full name of the person, political committee, or candidate who paid for it. Most states run a similar rule, so leave room for that line in your artwork and confirm the wording with your campaign treasurer or your state ethics commission. We will flag it on your free digital proof if we do not see it.

The 24x18 sign and stake pack is $1,080.69 for 100 double sided signs with a wire H-stake for every sign, about $10.81 a staked sign. Fifty is $545.69 and ten is $139.09. Shipping is a flat $10 per order and production is the next business day.

On private property with the owner's permission. Most states prohibit placing signs in the public road right of way, where they may be confiscated and civil penalties can apply. Texas does it under Transportation Code Chapter 393. Local rules and polling place distance rules apply on top of that. We print signs rather than give legal advice, so confirm placements for your state with your treasurer or attorney.

Use 24x18 for lawns and residential streets, at $64.19 each double sided or $1,080.69 for a staked hundred. Use 36x24 where traffic is moving fast, at $85.59 each or $460.09 for twenty. Most campaigns run a small number of the large size at key intersections and the standard size everywhere else.

Production is the next business day once the proof is approved, and on a reorder there is nothing to approve because we hold your artwork. Signs vanish through a cycle, so budget a second wave from the start. Call (210) 293-5651 if you need a delivery date confirmed against an election calendar.

We print for any candidate, committee or ballot measure that supplies compliant artwork, and we treat every campaign order the same way: same coroplast, same ladder, and production the next business day after proof approval. Pricing is published, so no campaign gets a different number than the one on this page.
