1. Information We Collect
When you place an order, request a quote, or contact us, we collect information necessary to fulfill your request. This includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing information.
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This helps us improve our website and detect potential security issues.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates about products, promotions, and company news.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to customer service requests, send promotional communications (with your consent), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your credit card information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption and never touches our servers.
We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our systems. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
4. Email Communications
We use Resend, a transactional email service, to send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service responses. These transactional emails are necessary to fulfill your orders and are not marketing communications.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your order data and account information are stored in a secure database hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your information.
While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses essential cookies required for the site to function properly, including session management for administrative users and shopping cart functionality. These cookies do not track you across other websites.
Stripe, our payment processor, may set cookies necessary to process payments securely. These cookies are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
7. Third-Party Services
We share your information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate our business: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional emails, and our print fulfillment partners to produce and ship your orders.
Each of these providers is contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the specific purpose of providing their service to us.
8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
