Artwork & Content Acceptance Policy
How we review artwork before production, what we may decline, and what happens if we do.
Effective: October 20, 2026 · Last Updated: October 20, 2026
The short version
- Everyone is welcome here. We serve customers of every background, belief, religion and identity.
- We review every design before we make your proof. Paying for an order does not by itself mean the artwork is accepted.
- We may decline artwork whose content conflicts with our Christian convictions, such as occult imagery, sexually explicit images or content that glorifies violence or hate.
- Our decision is about what the artwork says or shows, never about who you are.
- If we decline, we tell you before anything is printed. You can send different artwork, or we cancel and refund what you paid in full.
1. Who We Are
Inline Graphics is a privately owned print, signage and design business based in San Antonio, TX. We are guided by Christian principles and by sincerely held religious and moral convictions, and those convictions shape the work we choose to create and produce.
We welcome customers of all backgrounds, beliefs, religions and identities. This policy explains how we review the artwork on every order, what content we may decline, and what happens if we do.
2. About the Content, Not the Customer
This policy is about the content and message of the work we are asked to make: the words, images and symbols in the artwork. It is never about the person placing the order.
We do not decline an order because of a customer's race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law. We never ask about a customer's beliefs or identity, and we apply the same standards to the same content, whoever orders it.
3. Two Kinds of Work
Original design work. When you choose “Design it for me” or otherwise ask us to create or redraw artwork, our designers create a new, custom design. Because that work is our own creative expression, we may decline to create designs or messages that conflict with our convictions.
Printing artwork you supply. When you send your own design, logo, photo or file, we prepare it and print it as you provide it. We review that artwork too, and we may decline it under section 4 to the extent the law allows. The law treats creating a design differently from printing one, so these decisions are made carefully, case by case, and in line with applicable law.
4. Content We May Decline
We do not wish to create, advance or advocate messages or ideas that conflict with our convictions. To the extent permitted by law, we may decline specific artwork, messages, designs or projects that include:
• Occult or pagan religious symbolism, such as imagery used for witchcraft, spells or occult ritual. • Sexually explicit imagery, nudity presented in a sexual way, or pornography. • Content that glorifies or promotes violence, self-harm or cruelty. • Hateful content: words or images that attack, demean or threaten people because of who they are. • Other specific messages or imagery that conflict with our sincerely held religious and moral convictions.
These standards are about the imagery and words in the artwork. People of every faith, and of none, are welcome to order from us, and we print their other artwork as we would for anyone.
We also decline content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or threatening, or that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights, as our Terms & Conditions say.
These are examples, not a complete list. We decide on the content of the artwork in front of us, and we decide the same way for every customer.
5. How Artwork Review Works
Every order follows the same steps:
1. You choose your products and artwork option and place your order. 2. By placing your order you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which include this policy. 3. Your payment is processed through our regular secure checkout. 4. We review your artwork before we make your proof. 5. We then approve the project for design or production, ask you for a revision or different artwork, or decline the project. 6. If we decline, we tell you and refund you as described in section 7. 7. If we approve, we send your proof. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
Completing checkout or a successful payment does not by itself mean your artwork has been accepted for production. Final acceptance happens when we send your proof and you approve it.
6. Proof Approval
A free proof comes with every order. Please check it carefully for spelling, layout, colors and sizes. We do not print anything until you approve your proof.
7. If We Decline a Project
If we decline artwork or a project under this policy, we let you know by email before anything is printed. We keep the message respectful and about the artwork only.
You can then send different artwork for the same order, and we will review it the same way. If you would rather not, or if we decline the project as a whole, we cancel the order and promptly refund what you paid for it in full, to your original payment method. You do not need to ask for the refund.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Most banks show a refund within 5 to 10 business days of when we issue it. An order that cost nothing has nothing to refund.
8. Consistency and the Law
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to the extent permitted by law.
We apply this policy consistently, to the content of the work, and in compliance with applicable federal, Texas and local law. Nothing in this policy is meant to deny anyone goods or services because of a characteristic protected by law. Where the law requires us to provide a service, we follow the law.
If you believe we made a mistake about your artwork, reply to our email or contact us. We will look at it again.
9. Your Part
By placing an order you confirm that you own the artwork you send, or have permission to use it, and that it may be reproduced. You agree to this policy each time you place an order, as part of our Terms & Conditions. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The effective date and last updated date at the top of this page show which version is current. This version took effect on October 20, 2026.
