At InlineGraphics, we stand behind the quality of every product we print. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every order.

Custom Products Policy

All InlineGraphics products are custom manufactured to your exact specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on completed orders. This is standard practice across the custom printing industry.

We strongly encourage you to review your digital proof carefully before approving it for production. Once a proof is approved, the design is considered final.

Free Proof Process

Every order includes a free digital proof before we begin printing. This proof shows exactly how your product will look, including layout, text, colors, and dimensions. You will receive your proof via email and must approve it before production begins.

Please check your proof thoroughly for spelling, grammar, alignment, image quality, and overall accuracy. Once you approve the proof, you are confirming that the design is correct and ready for production.

Defects & Errors (Our Fault)

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error that was not present in your approved proof, we will reprint the item at no cost to you. Examples of qualifying issues include: misprints, incorrect materials used, significant color banding or streaking, physical damage from production (cuts, tears, creases), and wrong size or configuration printed.

To request a reprint, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 1 business day.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us at orders@inline.graphics or call (210) 974-9386.

Once we verify the damage, we will either reprint and reship the order at no cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion. Please retain the damaged product and packaging until the claim is resolved.

Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect product (wrong size, wrong material, or wrong design that doesn't match your approved proof), contact us immediately. We will produce and ship the correct item at no cost to you.

Color Accuracy

We strive for the most accurate color reproduction possible. However, slight color variations between what you see on your computer screen and the final printed product are normal and expected. Factors including monitor calibration, screen brightness, and material surface can affect perceived color.

Color variations inherent to the printing process are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund or reprint. If color accuracy is critical to your project, please contact us to discuss options before ordering.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production begins. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at orders@inline.graphics or call (210) 974-9386.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Because most of our products are produced same-day or next-day, the cancellation window is limited. We recommend contacting us immediately if you need to make changes.

How to Request a Reprint

To request a reprint or report an issue with your order, follow these steps:

1. Email orders@inline.graphics with your order number and a description of the issue. 2. Include clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error. 3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day. 4. If approved, we will produce and ship the replacement at no cost.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds are only issued for order cancellations (before production), verified shipping damage, and situations where a reprint is not feasible.
