Shipping and Production Times

Yes. Every product in the shop is printed in the USA and ships to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Ordering is the same wherever you are: configure the product online, approve a free digital proof, and the order ships to your address.

Shipping is a flat $10 per order on ground service, no matter how many items are on the order or how far it travels inside the United States. Every product ships at that same rate. If you need it faster, an expedited method can be chosen at checkout and its upcharge is added over the ground rate.

Production starts after you approve your free digital proof, not when you place the order. Most products are produced within one to two business days after proof approval. Tents, packages and sewn goods run 3 to 7 business days. Each product page states its own production window, and the table on this page lists every one of them.

Every order travels on a tracked ground shipment and we email a link to your tracking page when the order ships. Counting from proof approval, most orders arrive within 3 business days and the slowest products take longer; the production table below and each product page show the real window. Every product page states its own arrival window before you add to cart, so you can check the date on the exact item you want.

Every order ships to the address you enter at checkout, in any state. Inline Graphics is headquartered in San Antonio and has no public storefront, so we do not publish a street address and there is nothing to collect from a counter. Vehicle wraps, vehicle decals and sign installation are the local exception, coordinated by appointment across the San Antonio metro through a message or a quote request.

When you approve the free digital proof. Every order gets one before anything prints, usually within one business day of ordering. Approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control on a deadline, so check the proof for spelling, phone numbers, color and trim as soon as it lands.

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. Once the damage is verified we reprint and reship at no cost, or refund the order. Manufacturing defects are reprinted free when reported within 7 days. The full terms are on the refund and return policy page.

Yes. Enter any United States shipping address at checkout, including a job site, an event venue, a trade show hall or a client address. It does not have to match the billing address.
