1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InlineGraphics website (inline.graphics) and placing orders for our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Services

InlineGraphics provides custom printing and signage products including but not limited to banners, signs, vehicle magnets, advertising flags, canopy tents, vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps. All products are custom manufactured to your specifications.

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur between what is displayed on screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount including applicable shipping fees. All sales are final once production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, or content that violates our acceptable use standards.

4. Artwork & Design

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork files. We accept common file formats including PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, and PSD. Files should be submitted at 150 DPI or higher for optimal print quality.

We provide a free digital proof for every order before printing begins. It is your responsibility to review the proof carefully for accuracy including spelling, layout, colors, and dimensions. Once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If you use our design services, our team will create a design based on your specifications. You will receive a proof for approval before printing. A $25 design service fee applies per item.

We reserve the right to refuse to print content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Production & Shipping

Most orders are produced within 1-3 business days after proof approval. Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Rush options may be available for select products.

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after production. InlineGraphics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

6. Custom Products & Returns

Because all products are custom manufactured to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for completed orders. This is standard practice in the custom printing industry.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by our team (not present in the approved proof), we will reprint the item at no cost. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details on our guarantee.

Order cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content to InlineGraphics, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to reproduce it.

You agree to indemnify and hold InlineGraphics harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission of content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

All content on the InlineGraphics website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of InlineGraphics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InlineGraphics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific order. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

InlineGraphics is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or exposure of products to conditions beyond their intended use.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at orders@inline.graphics to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.

Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
