What a real estate agent should order first
Start with the signs a buyer sees before they ever call you. A 10-sign 18" x 24" double-sided 4mm Coroplast Standard Sign + Stake Pack is $174.99, which is about $17.50 a sign. Ten 18" x 24" signs cover a listing yard sign and its open house arrows, and the pack ships the signs with their stakes. Production is next day after you approve the proof, printed in the USA, with $10 ground shipping to any US address.
Add a 12" x 18" bandit pack for directional arrows. A 10-sign 12" x 18" double-sided 4mm Coroplast Bandit Sign + Stake Pack is $154.99, which is about $15.50 a sign. Bandit signs are smaller, so you can place more of them along the route from the main road to the front door.
Then add one piece that travels with you. A 24" x 12" 30 mil Magnetic Vinyl Vehicle Magnet is $74.89. It comes off with no damage to the vehicle, so you can take it off when the car is off duty.
Real estate sign sizes and materials
Three sizes cover almost every listing. 18" x 24" is the standard yard and open house sign. 12" x 18" is the bandit size for arrows. 36" x 24" is the Extra Large size for corner lots and busy roads. A 4-sign 36" x 24" double-sided 4mm Coroplast Extra Large Sign + Stake Pack is $181.89, which is about $45.47 a sign.
Coroplast is a 4mm corrugated plastic board. It is light, it takes a stake, and it is the right choice for open houses, price drops and short campaigns. All of our Coroplast yard signs get next day production after proof approval.
Aluminum is a rigid metal panel for a sign that stays in the yard for the whole listing. A 12" x 18" Aluminum Sign is $74.89. Aluminum signs are produced in 3 business days after proof approval.
Posts and frames hold the sign up. A 24" x 18" Real Estate Post and Sign is $399.99. A Real Estate Frame and Sign is $139.99. Both are produced the next business day after proof approval, and the post, the frame and the A-frame are also sold on their own for signs you already have.
How to run an open house with print
Map the route first. Count every turn from the nearest main road to the front door and plan one arrow at each turn, plus one sign at the curb. A 10-sign bandit pack covers most routes, and a second pack covers a large subdivision.
At the curb, a real estate A-frame says the house is open from a block away. A 24" x 18" Real Estate A-Frame is $119.99. It is produced the next business day after proof approval, and a rider and a red Open House pennant flag clip on.
Inside, a flyer with the photos, price and your contact details goes home with every visitor. 100 4x6 Standard 16pt Gloss flyers are $74.89, which is about $0.75 a flyer. A canopy tent works for a large neighborhood event or a brokerage open house weekend. A 10x10 Event Tent with canopy graphic and frame is $973.69. Canopy tent orders include the artwork design.
Neighborhood farming: postcards, door hangers and magnets
Farming a neighborhood means showing up in the same homes again and again. Postcards go in the mail, door hangers go on the door, and both carry your face, your recent sales and one clear way to reach you.
250 4x6 Standard 16pt Gloss postcards are $106.99, which is about $0.43 a postcard. Postcards are produced in 48 hours after proof approval. 250 3.5x8.5 UV Gloss Cover Stock door hangers are $246.09, which is about $0.98 a door hanger. Door hangers take 3 to 5 business days after proof approval.
A just listed or just sold postcard sent to the homes around a listing is a simple first campaign. Plan the next mailing before the first one lands so your name keeps showing up.
Business cards and a look that matches
Every sign, card and postcard should share the same colors, headshot and phone number so people connect them to you. 250 double-sided 16pt Cardstock cards are $74.89, which is about $0.30 a card. Paper cards are produced in 48 hours after proof approval.
Metal cards are for listing presentations and referral partners you want to remember you. 100 double-sided 0.025in Aluminum cards are $256.79, which is about $2.57 a card.
A polo works for open houses and team events. Six Embroidered Performance Polos are $235.39 in sizes S to 4XL, about $39.23 each. Polos are produced in 3 to 7 days.
How many signs should an agent order?
For one listing, plan one yard sign plus one directional arrow for each turn on the route. A 10-sign pack usually covers one listing and its open house. If you carry several listings at once, order one pack per listing.
If you list often, keep a stock of open house arrows and order yard signs per listing. When the house sells, you can reorder from your account with the same artwork and update only what changed.
Proof, artwork and timing
You get a free proof with every order. We email the digital proof after you place your order, and nothing prints until you approve it. Production times count from that approval: next day for yard signs, stake packs and the real estate A-frame, post and frame, 48 hours for cards, postcards, flyers and magnets, 3 business days for aluminum signs and Signicade A-frames.
No artwork yet? Check out and send your logo, headshot and listing details after the order is placed, or choose Design it for me. If your brokerage has brand rules, send them with your files and we follow them on the proof.
