What Is a Real Estate Yard Sign?
Inline Graphics prints real estate yard signs on 4mm coroplast. One 18 x 24 in double-sided sign is $64.19, and stakes are not included. Approve on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day, with flat $10 shipping per product to any US address.
The same 4mm coroplast board is used four different ways: a listing panel, a directional, a coming soon panel, and a small rider.
Inline Graphics prints the panel. We do not sell metal real estate frames, post-and-arm posts, or rider hooks. If a brokerage already owns a frame, the piece to order is still the printed board, on a stock size or on the custom yard sign page. The shopping start for agents is the real estate signs page, and the everyday listing size is the 18 x 24 in standard yard sign.
Coroplast here is corrugated plastic, UV printed, single sided or double sided, and rated for outdoor use. The site does not publish a number of months. Sun, wind, and the stake are what wear a lawn panel. That is general practice, not a warranty period.
How Do a Listing Sign, a Directional, a Coming Soon Sign, and a Rider Differ?
A listing sign is the 18 x 24 in panel at $64.19 double sided, a directional is the smaller arrow, a coming soon sign is that same board with different words, and a rider is a small custom-size panel with no price quoted here.
One 18 x 24 in listing sign is $53.49 single sided and $64.19 double sided. Coming soon uses that same sign and those same prices. It is a line of copy, not a second product. One 12 x 18 in directional is also $53.49 single sided and $64.19 double sided at quantity one. Ten double-sided 12 x 18 in directionals are $160.49, stakes not included. The arrow's job is the turn. How many arrows, and which corners, is covered in open house sign placement.
A rider is the narrow extra panel agents hang under a listing sign, often for a status such as under contract, price reduced, or an open house date. We print that rider as a custom-size coroplast sign. The price is calculated at checkout from the size you enter, so this guide does not quote a rider price. We do not sell the frame it hangs from, and we do not sell the hook.
Should a Long-Term Sign Be Coroplast or Aluminum?
Use coroplast for a listing that will come down, and use .040 in aluminum when the same panel should still be sound years from now. One 18 x 24 in single-sided aluminum sign is $96.29.
The aluminum page says the sheet will not rust and rates it for 5+ years outdoors. The double-sided 18 x 24 in aluminum sign is $181.89. Production is 3 business days after proof approval, not the next business day. Aluminum is built to bolt to a post, a fence, or a wall. We do not sell the post, the bolts, or the brackets. Hole placement is something you confirm for the mounting plan you already have. How to fasten the sheet is in how to mount aluminum signs.
Coroplast is the board that takes a wire H-stake through the flutes. It is the right board for a listing, a weekend of arrows, and a coming soon panel that will be replaced. It is the wrong board if you need the 5+ year outdoor rating. A side-by-side of the materials, including what we do not sell, is in yard sign materials.
What Should the Panel Say?
Print a status, a phone number in plain heavy type, and the brokerage and agent names when the reader's state requires them.
For sale, coming soon, and the open house line are statuses you choose. They are not separate prices. Put the phone number where a person in a car can read it without hunting past a paragraph. A photo of the house, or a headshot, can sit on the listing panel if it does not shrink the phone number into a caption. On a directional, skip the photo. One arrow and the fewest words that prevent a wrong turn are enough.
Some states require the brokerage name, the agent name, or both on real estate advertising. Check the state licensing rules, and check the brokerage's own brand rules, before you omit that line. Do not invent a disclosure the state does not ask for, and do not leave off one it does.
Should Listing Signs Be Double Sided?
Yes on a corner, a two-way street, or any lawn where cars arrive from both directions. One 18 x 24 in double-sided sign is $64.19, which is $10.70 more than the single-sided sign at $53.49.
Five double-sided 18 x 24 in signs are $133.00. Five single-sided signs are $106.99. The single-sided back is bare board. If the only readers are on one side of a one-way approach, single sided can be the right spend. Everywhere else, the second face is the cheaper fix compared with a second trip to turn the sign around. Directionals follow the same logic, and the arrow direction is part of the order so both faces agree.
How Do Brokerage Templates Work?
Send the brokerage brand standards once. The real estate signs page says that one handoff keeps logo placement, colors, and type sizes consistent when the next agent orders.
There is no production setup fee. A logo, a PDF, a photo, or any other file you already have goes through AI image to print for $14.99 per item, charged once per cart line. Design it for me is $29.99 and includes two revisions. It is free when the item itself is $499 or more. A single sign does not qualify. A 50-sign double-sided 18 x 24 in stake pack at $706.19 does. The free digital proof still comes after the order, and nothing prints before you approve it. We do not have a free online design tool.
Where Can the Signs Go?
Put a listing sign on the property with the owner's permission, and treat the public right of way, the HOA, and the city rule as things you check before the stake goes in.
Cities, counties, states, and HOAs do not share one map of where a real estate sign may stand, how long it may stay, or what name must be on it. A corner that is fine on one street can be a right-of-way problem on the next. Rules can come from the state, the county, the city and the HOA or property owner, so a permit, setback or time limit in one place may not exist in the next. This is general information, not legal advice. Check the city, the county, the state, and the HOA before you order a quantity you cannot place. Arrow-by-arrow placement for an open house route is in the placement guide linked above, not repeated here.
How Much Do Real Estate Yard Signs Cost?
One double-sided 18 x 24 in coroplast sign is $64.19 without a stake, and a 10-sign double-sided stake pack is $171.19 with a stake for every sign.
Loose signs are 4mm coroplast. Pack rows include wire H-stakes. Aluminum rows are a different product and a different production time. A rider is not in this table, because its price is set at checkout by size.

A standard stake on its own is $3.00. Heavy-duty stakes are $4.00 each once the order is 10 signs or more. Pack pricing and when the pack beats loose signs plus stakes is walked through in yard signs with stakes. Shipping is not inside any row.
How Fast Are They, and What Does Shipping Cost?
Coroplast production is the next business day after proof approval. Aluminum production is 3 business days. Ground shipping is about 3 business days at a flat $10 per product.
Approve the proof on a weekday before 12 PM Central and the approval counts that day, so production starts the next business day. After noon, or on a weekend, it counts from the next business day. An approval on Friday is not a Saturday press start. Next business day means the next business day. Two different products, such as coroplast signs and an aluminum panel, are $10 each to ship. Two cart lines of the same yard sign are still $10 together. Printed in the USA, shipped nationwide. We do not install the signs.

Frequently Asked Questions
One 18 x 24 in 4mm coroplast sign is $53.49 single sided and $64.19 double sided. Five double-sided signs are $133.00. A standard wire H-stake is $3.00 and is not in the loose-sign price. One double-sided sign plus one standard stake is $67.19.
A listing sign and a coming soon sign are messages on the 18 x 24 in coroplast panel. A directional is usually the 12 x 18 in panel with one arrow. A rider is a small custom-size coroplast sign, priced at checkout by the size you enter. We do not sell frames, hanging posts, or rider hooks.
When it should stay up for years. One 18 x 24 in single-sided .040 in aluminum sign is $96.29, and the double-sided sign is $181.89. The aluminum page rates it for 5+ years outdoors and says it will not rust. Production is 3 business days. You supply the post.
The real estate signs page says to send brand standards once so logo placement, colors, and type sizes stay consistent on later orders. Sending a file is $14.99 per item through AI image to print. Design it for me is $29.99 unless that item is $499 or more.
Not on loose signs. A standard wire H-stake is $3.00. Heavy-duty stakes are $4.00 each on orders of 10 signs or more. A 10-sign 18 x 24 in double-sided sign and stake pack is $171.19 and includes one stake per sign.
Rules vary by city, county, state, and HOA, including the public right of way. Place signs on private property with permission unless you have checked the rules for that place.
Coroplast yard signs are produced the next business day after proof approval. Aluminum signs take 3 business days. Ground shipping is about 3 business days and is a flat $10 per product, not per sign.
