Which Bulk Yard Sign Kit Should You Order?
The 100 Sign Marketing Kit is $1,154.99 for 100 double-sided 12 x 18 inch coroplast signs with wire H-stakes, door hangers and business cards. The 200 kit is $2,059.99 and the 500 kit is $4,779.99. Design is included, each kit is printed in the USA in 5 to 7 business days and ships for a flat $10.
Order the kit whose sign count matches the number of places you can actually put a sign in the first two weeks. A sign that sits in a garage does no work. The 100 kit fits one service area or one small race, the 200 and 300 kits fit a few neighborhoods or a district, and the 500 kit fits a campaign or company that has the crew to place 500 signs.
Every kit is built the same way: double-sided 12 x 18 inch coroplast yard signs with one wire H-stake per sign, full color door hangers for the houses you knock on, and 16pt business cards for the people you meet. Everything ships together, and design is included in the price.
| Kit | Price | Yard signs and H-stakes | Door hangers | Business cards |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 Sign Marketing Kit | $1,154.99 | 100 | 250 | 100 |
| 200 Sign Marketing Kit | $2,059.99 | 200 | 250 | 250 |
| 300 Sign Marketing Kit | $2,989.99 | 300 | 500 | 500 |
| 500 Sign Marketing Kit | $4,779.99 | 500 | 500 | 500 |
All four kits are printed in the USA in 5 to 7 business days after proof approval and ship for a flat $10 to any US address.

What Comes in Each Bulk Yard Sign Kit?
Each kit has three printed pieces and the hardware to put the signs up. The signs are 12 x 18 inch, 4 mm corrugated plastic, UV printed in full color on both sides. The flutes run vertically, so a wire H-stake slides into the bottom edge and the sign is in the ground in a few seconds without tools.
The door hangers are 3.5 x 8.5 inches, printed on both sides with a handle slot cut at the top. They do the job a yard sign cannot: they carry the details. A sign says your name and number to a driver at 30 miles per hour. A door hanger tells the homeowner what you do, what it costs to call, and how to book.
The business cards are 16pt cardstock. They go in a pocket on every door knock, job walk and event table.
Design is included on all three pieces, so the sign, the hanger and the card share one layout, one color set and one phone number. You approve a free digital proof of each piece before production starts. Nothing prints until you say so.

When Is the 100 Sign Kit Enough?
The 100 kit is enough when you have one target area and one person or a small crew placing signs. A lawn care company covering one side of town, a roofer working one subdivision after a storm, or a candidate in a single ward race can usually place 100 signs well.
Think in placements, not in totals. Write down the corners, client lawns and permitted spots you can actually use, and count them. If the list stops at 60, the 100 kit still makes sense, because signs get lost, damaged or moved and a reserve lets you replace them the same day. If the list runs well past 100, you will run out early and wait on a reorder.
The 250 door hangers in the 100 kit outnumber the signs on purpose. One sign can bring in calls from a whole street, and the hangers are how you work that street.

When Do the 200, 300 and 500 Kits Make Sense?
Step up when your placement list is longer than the kit below it, and when you have the people to place and check the signs. The 200 kit doubles the signs and gives you 250 business cards. The 300 kit triples the signs and doubles the door hangers to 500. The 500 kit is the full run: 500 signs, 500 stakes, 500 door hangers and 500 cards.
Picture a pest control company, Elmsworth Pest Control, opening a second territory. It already runs 100 signs in the first area and wants the same coverage in two new neighborhoods. The 300 kit covers both new areas with a reserve, and the door hangers and cards match the signs the company already has in the ground.
A city council or school board race is a similar case. The campaign team counts supporter lawns, approved business frontage and event sites, then picks the kit that covers the list with some left over for replacements. For the counting method, read how many yard signs a local campaign needs.
Bigger is only cheaper per sign if the signs go up. A 500 kit with 200 signs left in boxes after election day costs more per placed sign than a 300 kit that went out in full.
Should You Buy a Kit or Order Signs Separately?
Buy a kit when you want signs, door hangers and cards that match, with design included, in one order. Buy signs separately when you need a different size, a different count, or signs only.
| You need | Order this | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| Signs, stakes, door hangers and cards together | Marketing kit, 100 to 500 signs | $1,154.99 |
| 12 x 18 inch signs and stakes only | Bandit sign and stake pack, 10 to 100 signs | $154.99 for 10 with stakes |
| 18 x 24 inch signs and stakes only | Standard sign and stake pack, 10 to 100 signs | $174.99 for 10 with stakes |
| One sign, any count from 1 | Standard 18 x 24 inch yard sign | $64.99 |
| Door hangers only | Door hangers | $246.09 for 250 |
The kits use the 12 x 18 inch bandit size because it is light, quick to place and easy to carry by the armful. If the signs face faster traffic or sit farther from the road, the 18 x 24 inch size reads better, and the standard sign and stake packs are the bulk route for it.
Separate orders each carry their own flat $10 shipping, because shipping is $10 per product. A kit is one product, so the whole kit ships for $10.
What Should the Signs, Door Hangers and Cards Say?
Each piece has one job, so each one says something different. The yard sign says who you are and how to reach you. The door hanger says what you do and why to call now. The card says how to reach you again.
- Yard sign: the business or candidate name, one short line (Free Estimates, Weekly Service, Vote Early), and a phone number or short web address. That is the whole sign. A 12 x 18 inch sign read from a moving car has room for about three lines.
- Door hanger: the same name and colors, a list of services or positions, a clear offer, and the phone number large at the bottom. The back is a good place for a short checklist, a map of your service area or a reminder of the date.
- Business card: name, phone, email or website, and one line on what you do.
Use the same phone number on all three. If you track calls, a separate tracking number on the signs is fine, but it should still be the number printed large.
For political kits, every piece needs the paid political advertising line your state requires. Check the rule with your state's election office before you approve the proof.
What Should You Check Before Approving a Bulk Order?
Check the proof as if you were standing at the curb, because a mistake on one sign is a mistake on every sign in the kit. Every kit comes with a free digital proof of each piece.
- The phone number, digit by digit. Read it aloud from the proof.
- Both sides of the sign. The signs are double sided, so check that both faces read correctly and that neither is upside down.
- The bottom 2 inches of the sign. The stake legs and tall grass cover that strip. Keep the phone number above it.
- Spelling on the door hanger. It carries the most text, so it carries the most chances for a typo.
- Dates and offers. An offer that ends on a fixed date makes a sign useless after that date. Print a date only when the sign comes down before it.
How Do You Order a Yard Sign Kit?
Open the kit page for the size you picked, add it to the cart, and send your logo, colors, phone number and offer. Design is included, so we build the layout and send a free digital proof of the signs, door hangers and cards. Approve the proof and the kit is printed in the USA in 5 to 7 business days, then ships for a flat $10 to any US address.
Start with the 100 Sign Marketing Kit, or browse every pack and kit on the yard sign bundles page.
Plan backward from the date the signs must be in the ground: approval time, then 5 to 7 business days of production, then transit. If the date is fixed, approve the proof early.
