What print does a listing need, and in what order?

A listing print set runs from a coming soon yard sign through just sold. One 18 x 24 in double-sided 4mm coroplast yard sign from Inline Graphics is $69.99. Orders are printed in the USA, with flat $10 shipping per product.

Count backward from the day you need each piece in hand. Production time starts when you approve the proof, and about 3 business days of ground transit follow production. A common mistake to avoid is ordering every piece on the same afternoon and expecting one delivery. Different products have different production times, and each different product has its own shipping charge.

The set, in the order most listings use it:

  1. A coming soon yard sign, then the listing yard sign, both on coroplast.
  2. Just listed postcards and door hangers when the listing is public.
  3. Listing brochures for showings and the open house.
  4. Open house signs, and a canopy if the open house needs shade and a branded table.
  5. A just sold sign or postcard after closing.

What each piece should say already has its own page. Use those pages instead of rebuilding the artwork advice here. Panel wording, coroplast versus aluminum, and brokerage lines are in the real estate yard sign guide. Postcard sides and postage class are in the real estate postcard guide. What a listing hanger should say is in the real estate door hanger guide. Arrow, letter size, and double-sided choices for the open house panel are in the open house sign design guide.

Where a listing sign may stand is local. City rules, state licensing rules, and HOA rules vary. Check yours before you plant a sign. This is general information, not legal advice.

When should the yard signs be ordered?

Order the coming soon sign before the listing is public, and the listing sign so it can be in the ground when the listing goes live. Both are the same product: 4mm coroplast, UV printed, on custom yard signs. One 18 x 24 in double-sided sign is $69.99. One standard wire H-stake is $3.00. The published pair, that sign plus one standard stake, is $72.99.

Double sided matters on a street where cars come from both ways. A single-sided panel shows a blank back to the other direction. The custom page opens on a 24 x 18 in single-sided sign at $64.99 if one direction is all you need. Stakes are not included in either sign-only price.

Production is the next business day after proof approval. Approve on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day. After noon, or on a weekend, the approval counts from the next business day. Two yard sign designs ordered from that same product page are still one product for shipping, so ground shipping stays $10 for the signs. A rider, if you use one, is a small custom-size coroplast sign priced at checkout. We do not sell the metal frame that holds a rider.

The real estate signs hub is the collection page for this set. Start the sign there or on the custom yard sign page, then add the paper pieces as their own products.

When should postcards, door hangers, and brochures be ordered?

Order door hangers and brochures first if they have to land with the postcards. Door hangers and brochures each take 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. Postcards on 16pt gloss take 48 hours. Transit is about 3 business days on top of each, and we do not promise an arrival date.

Just listed postcards: 250 of the 4 x 6 in size, 16pt gloss, full color on both sides, are $106.99. 100 are $74.89. 500 are $149.79. We print the cards and ship them to you. We do not mail them, address them, or sell postage. The postcard guide covers which of our sizes can mail as a postcard. Pick the quantity from the doors or the mail drop you will actually use. We do not publish a response rate, so do not buy a quantity from a guessed reply.

Just listed door hangers: the minimum is 250. A run of 250 at 3.5 x 8.5 in, UV gloss cover stock, full color both sides, with the handle slot, is $246.09. The door hanger guide covers the words. Work backward for timing: door hangers take 3 to 5 business days of production after proof approval, ground transit adds about 3 business days, and any proof changes add time before that.

Listing brochures: 250 of an 8.5 x 11 in half-fold on 70# text, full color both sides, are $246.09. An 8.5 x 11 in tri-fold at 250 is the same $246.09. An 8.5 x 14 in tri-fold at 250 is $331.69. Heavier or coated brochure stock is not on the page. That is a separate quote. Hand the brochures at showings and at the open house. We do not sell a box to hang on the sign.

What do you order for the open house?

Order the open house signs on the yard sign page, with the words the design guide spells out, early enough for next-business-day production plus transit. They are the same coroplast panels, not a separate material. Five 18 x 24 in single-sided signs are $109.99 on the 18 x 24 standard yard sign page, and stakes are still extra on that price. A double-sided panel is the right face when cars approach the corner from both ways.

Add a canopy when the open house needs shade and a branded table, not as a substitute for the signs. A 10x10 Essentials package is $1,214.99. The package includes a full custom 10x10 canopy with the V6 frame, ropes, stakes, a standard carry bag, and a 6 ft fitted table cover with an open back. The canopy's reinforced strip is included. Design is included on the canopy order, and the AI image fee is waived on canopy orders. It ships as one kit, so ground shipping is one $10 charge, not a charge per piece inside the kit.

Production on that package is 3 to 4 business days after artwork approval with the V6 frame. The proof is emailed after the order. Nothing prints until you approve it. We do not publish a fire rating or a wind rating for the tent. If the event requires a certificate, ask us before you order. We do not sell heaters, lights, flooring, or setup service.

What do you print after the sale closes?

Print the news on the same products. A just sold yard sign is another 18 x 24 in coroplast order, double sided at $69.99 if both directions of the street should see it, plus a stake if you need one. A note to nearby owners is another postcard run: 250 of the 4 x 6 in 16pt gloss cards at $106.99. Order that job when the sale is done. Do not reuse a coming soon file and hope the words still fit.

We do not sell a separate just sold product, a metal frame, or a rider hook. If you want a small rider under the main panel, order it as a custom-size coroplast sign. The price shows at checkout by size. We will not quote a rider price here because the page prices it from the size you type.

Take the old panel down when the new one goes up. A coming soon sign left beside a just sold sign contradicts itself, and some associations limit how many temporary signs may stand at once.

How much does each piece cost?

Each row is one product at one configuration. Do not add the rows into a single kit price. Shipping is not inside these figures.

Listing piece Price
One 18 x 24 in yard sign, 4mm coroplast, double sided, stake not included $69.99
That 18 x 24 in double-sided sign plus one standard wire H-stake $72.99
Five 18 x 24 in yard signs, 4mm coroplast, single sided, stakes not included $109.99
100 postcards, 4 x 6 in, 16pt gloss, both sides $74.89
250 postcards, 4 x 6 in, 16pt gloss, both sides $106.99
500 postcards, 4 x 6 in, 16pt gloss, both sides $149.79
250 door hangers, 3.5 x 8.5 in, UV gloss cover stock, full color both sides $246.09
250 brochures, 8.5 x 11 in half-fold, 70# text, full color both sides $246.09
250 brochures, 8.5 x 14 in tri-fold, 70# text, full color both sides $331.69
10x10 Essentials package: full custom canopy, V6 frame, 6 ft open-back fitted cover, design included $1,214.99

A yard sign plus postcards is two products. The facts price that pattern as $10 ground shipping for each different product, and postcards plus door hangers are $20. Add brochures and you have another product with its own $10. The canopy package is one kit and one $10, even though the tent and the cover ship together.

Design it for me is +$29.99 on a paper or sign item, with two revisions, and it is free when that item is $499 or more. A 250-brochure order at $246.09 does not reach that line, so the design add-on is extra there. The Essentials package is $1,214.99 and already includes the artwork design. Do not add the $29.99 design fee to the tent.

How do artwork, proof, and shipping work?

There is no production setup fee on the signs, postcards, door hangers, or brochures. A file is still not a free upload. Any file or image you already have goes through AI image to print for $14.99 per item, once per cart line, not once per side. On the canopy package the AI image fee is waived, and the design is included. A free digital proof comes after each order, before printing. Nothing prints until that proof is approved. We do not send a free proof before the order.

Approve a weekday proof before 12 PM Central if you want production to start the next business day. Yard signs are produced the next business day after that approval. Postcards are 48 hours. Door hangers and brochures are 3 to 5 business days. The Essentials package is 3 to 4 business days. Ground transit is about 3 business days and is not part of those production times.

On each proof, check the address, the status words (coming soon, for sale, open house, or sold), the phone number, and that a double-sided sign actually has art on both faces. A blank back is an easy miss when the front looks finished.
