In San Antonio, Inline's own crew installs window graphics, wall graphics, floor graphics and vehicle graphics. Everywhere else in the US, the same printed products ship to your door for a flat $10 per product, ready for you or a local installer to apply.
| Installed in San Antonio | What it covers | Where to start |
|---|---|---|
| Window graphics | Perforated film, window vinyl, frosted, blackout, lettering | Window graphics |
| Vehicle graphics | Lettering, partial and full wraps, rear window film | Vehicle wraps |
| Wall graphics | Logos, murals, wayfinding | Installs and services |
| Floor graphics | Wayfinding, logos, promotions | Installs and services |
Each installation is quoted from photos and measurements, and the install rates live on the service pages. Installation is not part of a product's printed price.
The printed graphics are the same whether they are installed or shipped: the same films, the same 48 hour production for window, wall and floor graphics, and the same free proof before anything prints. Only the last step, putting the graphic on the surface, changes with where you are.

Which Products Ship Instead of Installing?
Every printed product ships nationwide, whether or not it is installed. Banners, flags, yard signs, A-frames, canopies, table covers, decals, window clings and print marketing are made for you to set up or apply, and each ships for a flat $10 per product to any US address.
Some products are made to be put up without tools: a feather flag goes into a ground spike, a canopy pops up, an A-frame unfolds. Others, such as large window film and vehicle graphics, are easier with an experienced installer, which is where the San Antonio service helps.
How Do Window Graphics Installs Work?
Window graphics installs start with measurements and photos of each pane. The film is printed, usually perforated film for storefronts, then the crew cleans the glass, applies the film from the top down and trims it to the edge of the glass on site.
Perforated film is printed and cut to the closest rectangle size, not contour cut to the shape of the glass, so trimming to fit is part of installation. Storefront window graphics start at $96.29 for a 24 x 36 inch pane printed.
For the full walkthrough, from measuring to installation day, see window graphics installation.

How Do Vehicle Graphics Installs Work?
Vehicle graphics installs start with the vehicle's year, make and model, photos of each side, and what you want: lettering, a partial wrap, a full wrap or rear window film. The graphics are designed to the vehicle, printed on cast vinyl made for curves, and applied by the crew.
Vehicle graphics take more care than flat surfaces, because the film has to conform to body lines, handles and trim. The vehicle wraps page covers each option and how to request a quote.
Outside San Antonio, decals such as car door decals and USDOT number decals ship ready to apply. They ship on the full vinyl sheet with cut lines plotted, and most need transfer tape, which is not included.

How Do Wall and Floor Installs Work?
Wall and floor installs start with the size of the area and the surface. Wall graphics are printed on low tack fabric for smooth, painted walls; floor graphics on anti slip indoor film for smooth, sealed floors. The crew prepares the surface, applies the graphic and checks the edges.
A wall graphic starts at $74.99 for 18 x 24 inches. Floor graphics are priced by the square foot; the floor graphic page opens on a 24 x 36 inch decal.
Large murals go up in panels, so the crew lines up each panel along the last. Floors need to be clean and fully dry, so floor installs are often scheduled when the space is closed.

How Do You Request an Installation Quote?
Request a quote from the service page for what you need: window graphics for glass, vehicle wraps for vehicles, or installs and services for walls and floors. Send:
- Photos of each surface, taken straight on.
- The width and height of each area.
- The surface type and its condition.
- Any old graphics that need to come off first.
- Your artwork, or a description of what you want.
The quote covers the graphics and the installation. Once you approve it and the proof, the graphics print and the install is scheduled.
What About Commercial Signs?
Commercial signs, such as building signs and channel letters, are covered on the commercial sign installation page, where each project is reviewed and quoted. Those projects involve mounting, structure and often permits, which is a different kind of work from applying graphics.
Which Businesses Use the Install Service?
Businesses that want graphics on glass, walls, floors or vehicles without doing it themselves use the install service. In San Antonio, that includes:
- Storefronts that want perforated film or lettering across the front glass.
- Offices and clinics that want frosted privacy bands, a logo wall or wayfinding.
- Gyms and studios that want wall murals, floor zones and window privacy.
- Restaurants that want hours, logos and specials on the glass and a mural inside.
- Contractors and service companies that want lettering or a wrap on a work truck or van.
Large glass, big walls and vehicles are where an experienced crew saves the most time and avoids wasted film. Small decals and window clings are easy to apply yourself. A quote also helps when you are unsure which film fits a surface; the crew sees the glass, wall or vehicle and recommends the material before anything prints.
What Do You Need to Apply Graphics Yourself?
To apply graphics yourself, you need a clean surface, a few simple tools and patience. For decals and window graphics: isopropyl alcohol and a lint free cloth, painter's tape for positioning, a felt edged squeegee, and transfer tape for cut decals, which is not included with the order.
Work at a comfortable temperature, out of hot direct sun. Use the hinge method: tape the graphic in place, peel the backing from one half, squeegee from the center out, then do the other half.
For step by step instructions, see how to apply a window decal without bubbles. For a large pane of perforated film or a vehicle, a local installer is worth hiring if you are outside San Antonio.
How Should You Prepare for Installation Day?
Clear the area and clean the surface. Move displays away from windows, furniture away from walls, and equipment off floors. Remove old decals and tape residue, or tell the crew so time is planned for removal. For vehicles, wash the vehicle the day before and avoid wax.
Check the parking and access, too. The crew needs to reach the glass, the wall or the vehicle with ladders and tools, so note any loading zone, gate code or building rules for contractors when you book. For a vehicle install, plan for the vehicle to be out of service for the time the install takes, and arrange a ride if it is your daily driver.
Plan for the business to keep running. Many window and wall installs can happen with the doors open; floor installs usually need the area closed until the graphic is down.
What Should You Check on Installation Proofs?
Check first for measurements. A graphic printed to the wrong size cannot be stretched. Compare the proof against your measurements for every pane, wall or panel.
Next, check for the reading side on window graphics. Perforated film goes outside; decals can go either side, and inside decals must be reversed.
Also check for text near edges and frames. Trimming on site can clip text placed too close to the edge.
How Do You Get Started?
In San Antonio, start on the service page for the surface you want covered and send photos and measurements for a quote. Anywhere else, order the printed product, and it ships for a flat $10 per product to any US address, with a free proof on every order.
Artwork prep is $14.99 per item if you send a phone photo or a ChatGPT image. Window, wall and floor graphics print in 48 hours after proof approval.
