What Size Custom Logo Table Cover Do I Need?
A custom logo table cover for a standard 6 ft trade show table is a 3-sided throw, 126 x 62.25 inches, for $213.99, printed full color edge to edge. Other styles run $117.69 for a 30 x 72 inch runner to $417.29 for an 8 ft stretch cover. Production is the next business day after artwork approval.
Inline Graphics prints a 3-sided 6 ft custom table throw with your logo for $213.99, made the next business day after artwork approval, printed in the USA, with flat $10 shipping to any US address.
Start with the table, not the fabric. Most trade show, conference and vendor tables are 6 ft or 8 ft long, 30 inches deep and 30 inches high, and every table cover size is named for the table it fits. A cover labeled 6 ft is cut larger than 72 inches so it can drape over the ends, which is why the finished fabric measures 126 inches across.
The second choice is the back. A 3-sided cover leaves the back open so you can sit behind the table and reach supplies stored underneath. A 4-sided cover closes the back for a table that is seen from every direction, like a registration table in the middle of a lobby.
| Your table | Cover to order | Finished size | Price for one |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 ft | 3-sided 4 ft throw | 102 x 62.25 in | $181.89 |
| 6 ft (72 x 30 x 30 in) | 3-sided 6 ft throw | 126 x 62.25 in | $213.99 |
| 8 ft (96 x 30 x 30 in) | 3-sided 8 ft throw | 150 x 62.25 in | $246.09 |

Table Cover Size Chart: Every Style and Price
This chart lists every printed table cover we sell, with the finished size or the table it fits, and the price for one cover at that build. Every printed cover is full-color dye sublimation on 8.8 oz machine-washable polyester.
| Style | Size or table it fits | Open back (3-sided) | Closed back (4-sided) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 ft table throw | 102 x 62.25 in (3-sided), 102 x 83.5 in (4-sided) | $181.89 | $224.69 |
| 6 ft table throw | 126 x 62.25 in (3-sided), 126 x 83.5 in (4-sided) | $213.99 | $278.19 |
| 8 ft table throw | 150 x 62.25 in (3-sided), 150 x 83.5 in (4-sided) | $246.09 | $320.99 |
| 6 ft fitted cover | 72 x 30 x 30 in table | $235.39 | $267.49 |
| 8 ft fitted cover | 96 x 30 x 30 in table | $267.49 | $310.29 |
| Stretch cover | 6 ft or 8 ft folding table | 6 ft $353.09 | 8 ft $417.29 |
Round tables and runners price by diameter and width instead of by back style:
| Style | Size | Price for one |
|---|---|---|
| Round table cover, standard height (28 in table) | 31.5 in diameter | $213.99 |
| Round table cover, standard height | 36 in diameter | $267.49 |
| Round table cover, standard height | 48 in or 60 in diameter | $288.89 |
| Table runner | 24 x 72 in | $106.99 |
| Table runner | 30 x 72 in | $117.69 |
| Table runner | 36 x 72 in | $128.39 |
| Table runner | 48 x 72 in | $149.79 |
| Table runner | 60 x 72 in | $181.89 |
If your event only needs color and no logo, a solid color table throw is $74.89 in 6 ft (90 x 132 in) or 8 ft (90 x 156 in). It is not printed, so it pairs well with a printed runner on top.
Throw, Fitted, Stretch or Runner: Which Style Fits a Trade Show?
A throw is the most common trade show table cover because it fits loosely, packs flat and forgives a table that is an inch off. Our throws have sewn rounded corners and hemmed edges that hang about 2 inches above the floor.
A fitted cover is sewn with boxed corners, so the front and sides hang straight like a tailored box. It reads cleaner in photos and keeps a logo square to the aisle, but it has to match the table it was built for: the 6 ft fitted cover fits a 72 x 30 x 30 inch table and the 8 ft fits a 96 x 30 x 30 inch table.
A stretch cover pulls tight over the top and the legs, with canvas leg loops that lock it down during setup. It looks modern and smooth, and it shows the shape of the table rather than hiding it.
A runner is a printed strip that lays across the top and down the front of a cover you already own. It is the low-cost way to add a logo to a plain cover, or to swap one sponsor or campaign for another without replacing the whole cover. Our fitted vs stretch vs throw guide compares the three full covers side by side.
| Style | Best for | Back | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Throw | Most booths, shared tables, mixed table sizes | Open or closed | Fabric folds at the corners |
| Fitted | Clean photos, a logo that stays square | Open or closed | Must match the table length |
| Stretch | A tight, modern look | Fully covered | Shows the table legs' shape |
| Runner | Adding a logo to a plain cover | Front and top only | Covers a strip, not the table |
How Big Should the Logo Be on a Table Cover?
On a 6 ft table, the front face shows roughly 72 inches of width and about 28 inches of height, because the table is 30 inches tall and the hem stops about 2 inches above the floor. That front panel is where people read your name, so treat it as the sign and the rest of the cover as background.
A useful rule from sign making is one inch of capital letter height for every ten feet of reading distance. A booth name that has to read from 30 feet down an aisle needs letters around 3 inches tall, which fits easily on the front panel. A logo 18 to 24 inches wide, centered on the front, leaves room for a short line such as a website or a tagline under it.
Keep the top of the table plain or patterned. Brochures, a laptop and a candy bowl will cover anything you print there, and the top is the part the camera sees least.
Common Mistakes to Check on Your Proof
- Artwork built for the wrong table. A layout made for a 6 ft cover stretches or crops when it is printed on an 8 ft cover. Order the length of the table you will actually get.
- A logo placed on the fold. On a throw, the corners fold. Keep the logo on the flat front panel, not where the front meets the ends.
- Small text near the hem. The bottom inches of the cover sit behind chair legs and boxes. Put phone numbers and web addresses higher on the front.
- A low resolution logo. A logo copied from a website often looks soft at 20 inches wide. Send the largest version you have, or a vector file, and the proof will show how it prints.

If the table is going under a canopy tent, look at the tent packages before buying pieces one by one. Every 10 x 10 package includes a 6 ft custom printed fitted table cover with the tent, design is included in the package price, and the 10 x 10 Essentials Package is $1,214.99 for the printed tent and the matching cover. For indoor shows, our trade show displays page pairs the table cover with banner stands and backdrops.
