Should I choose 3-sided or 4-sided at this size?

4-sided gives full wraparound coverage, which looks best if the table is visible from the back as well. 3-sided is a solid choice if the table backs up to a wall or curtain.

Can it be washed and reused?

Yes. Like the rest of the line, it is made from machine washable 8.8oz polyester built for repeated show use.
