What is included in the base package?+
A fully custom 10'x10' dye-sublimated canopy tent, the 40mm aluminum frame, ropes, stakes and a carry bag, plus a custom-printed 6 ft table cover. On every tier that cover is a 6 ft fitted table cover with an open back, so you can reach your stock from behind the table. A closed back, an 8 ft size and the premium fitted stretch cover are upgrades. The reinforced strip is included free, and so is free design. Shipping is a flat $10 to any US address. Each tier above the entry one adds to that base: a back wall, then two feather flags, then three walls and a retractable banner.
Do I have to design it myself?+
No. Free professional design is included. Just send your logo with your order and our in-house team builds the full booth artwork for you, then sends a digital proof for your approval before anything prints.
How fast will I get it?+
Your booth is ready in 3 to 4 business days after you approve your artwork. Production begins at proof approval, so add transit time if you are having it shipped. On a tight deadline? Reach out and we will confirm timing before you order.
Can I add walls, flags, or other accessories?+
Yes. On the order page you can add full or half walls, feather flags, flag bases, sandbags, a wheeled carry bag, and more. Everything ships on the same order, so there is no second delivery and no second shipping charge.
Is the tent weatherproof?+
The top is waterproof-coated and UV resistant, printed on 6 oz tent fabric (600x600 denier), and the frame is commercial-grade hex aluminum built for repeated outdoor use. The fabric does not carry an FR certification, so check with your venue first if they require one.
