What Comes in the 10 x 10 Essentials Package?

Essentials ships as one kit: a custom printed 10 x 10 canopy tent, a 6 ft fitted table cover, and an aluminum frame with carry bag, ropes, and stakes, with design included. The list is:

The cover is fitted. Tailored fit, boxed corners, open back: the cloth follows the top, the front, and the two ends of a 6 ft table, and the back stays open so you can sit or stand behind it. It is not a loose throw. A throw is one drape you toss over a table. This cover is cut and sewn to the table, with corners that box around the legs.

The tent print runs across all four peaks and all four valances. The valances are what people read from the ground. The peaks are the roof. Plan the name for the valances, and let the roof carry the larger mark.

Walls, feather flags, and accessories shown in some images are optional add-ons, not part of the Essentials price. A photo that happens to show a flag or a side wall is showing an add-on. The kit you receive at this price is the list above. Read the list again at checkout if a picture and the list disagree. The list is the order.

You are not buying fabric alone, and you are not buying a back wall unless you move up to a kit that names one.

Three walls means the back and both sides, with the entry side left open. The banner is a standard 33 x 81 retractable banner with a stand and a travel bag. Sandbags and the wheeled carry bag are optional add-ons, not part of the Showstopper price. The carry bag named in the frame line is the standard bag, not the wheeled one. What We See on Proofs for the Fitted Table Cover

Artwork drawn as one loose drape does not fit a 6 ft fitted cover. The cover has a front, two ends, boxed corners, and an open back. A single rectangle with the logo in the middle lands the logo on the top of the table, where nobody sees it, or it splits the logo across a corner.

Build the front as a front. The front panel is the face toward the aisle, and it is the panel that should carry the name. Each end is a narrower face. A boxed corner turns the cloth around the table corner, so a thin border or a line of type that runs through the corner will kink. Keep type off the corner itself. Leave the back open in the file the same way the cover is open. Do not draw a fourth panel and expect it to print.

The tent and the cover should use the same name, the same mark, and the same colors, because they stand together. They are still two files. The tent has four peaks and four valances. The cover has a front and two ends. A logo that works on a valance may be too wide for a table end. Check both proofs, not one proof copied onto the other product.

On the tent, put the readable name on the valances. A file that is only a big mark in the center of the roof leaves the valances empty, and the valances are the part at eye level. The navy realty tent in the photos repeats the mark on the front valance and on the front of the cover.

If a photo of a higher kit shows walls or flags, Essentials still has no wall in the list. The Essentials proof is the tent and the cover.

How Should I Choose Among the Four Kits?

Choose by the pieces you will use, not by the separate-value column. That column tells you what the pieces cost bought on their own. It does not tell you that you need flags. If you need a tent and a branded table and you do not need a backdrop, Essentials is the kit. If every photo at the booth should have a printed wall behind the table, Spotlight adds that one full back wall. If the booth also has to be visible from farther off, Signature adds two 10.5 ft flags on frame mounts. If you want the sides closed, the flags, and a retractable banner, Showstopper is the list that already contains them.

Do not rebuild Showstopper by starting at Essentials and adding parts from memory. The kit lists are the contents. An add-on pictured on a page is an add-on until it appears in the list for the kit you selected. Sandbags are called out as add-ons on Signature and Showstopper. A wheeled bag is called out as an add-on on Showstopper. If you add one, use the total the package page shows after that choice.

A printed wall on its own is the right detour only when you already own the tent and you are replacing a panel. A canopy top on its own is the right detour when you already own the frame and you only need a new roof. Neither one includes the fitted cover that ships with these four kits.

How Long Does a 10 x 10 Tent Package Take?

Each kit is ready in 3 to 4 business days after artwork approval. Approval starts the clock. A cover file drawn as a loose drape, or a tent file with the name only on the peak, comes back on the proof and waits. Fix it, approve the corrected proof, and then the days start.

Design is included. You can still send your own image, and we make it print ready at no charge. Either way you get a proof, and nothing prints before you approve it. Look at the tent valances and at the front of the fitted cover on that proof. Confirm the kit name matches the list you wanted: Essentials, Spotlight, Signature, or Showstopper. A wall that shows on the proof of an Essentials order is a sign the configuration changed, and you should catch it before approval.

Shipping is a flat $10. Add transit after production when you are counting back from an event. The production window is not the day the kit arrives.
