How Much Does a Custom Canopy Top Cost?

A 10 x 10 custom canopy top is $631.29, a 10 x 15 is $695.49, and a 10 x 20 is $920.19. The top is printed fabric only, with no frame. It is printed in the USA in 3 to 4 business days after artwork approval and ships nationwide, flat $10 shipping to any US address.

Choose the canopy top by the frame footprint you already own. All three options are printed fabric only, and the price follows the frame each top is sewn for. They are three sizes on one product, not three different tents.

Top size Price What the price buys
10 x 10 feet $631.29 Printed fabric top only
10 x 15 feet $695.49 Printed fabric top only
10 x 20 feet $920.19 Printed fabric top only

The 10 x 10 price is the one the page opens on. Moving to 10 x 15 adds the extra depth of a 15 foot frame. Moving to 10 x 20 is the widest top on the page. There is no fourth size here, and there is no custom inch size. If your frame is not one of these three, this product is the wrong page.

Flat $10 shipping is not inside those three figures. It is one charge on the order. A free digital proof is included with every order. Design it for me is +$29.99 with two revisions when an item is under $499, and it is free at $499 or more. Every top in the table is over $499, so the from-scratch design fee is not added on this product. You still approve a proof before the fabric prints.

Order on the custom canopy top page and pick the size that matches the frame in your closet or your trailer. The price updates to the row above when you change the size.

Does a Custom Canopy Top Include a Frame?

No. The top is the printed roof and its valances. No frame ships with it. No walls, ropes, stakes, or carry bag ship with it either. The page sells the replacement fabric for a pop-up frame you already own.

That split is the whole point of the product. A full tent kit is a different purchase: frame, roof, and the parts that hold the tent down. A 10 x 10 tent package is one way to buy a tent and a fitted table cover together. A printed tent wall is the side panel, also on its own. This page is only the top.

Measure the frame before you pick a row. A 10 x 10 top does not fit a 10 x 20 frame, and a 10 x 20 top does not fit a 10 x 10 frame. The seams, the valance count, and the way the fabric attaches are cut for that one footprint. "Close enough" is how a top gets ordered for the wrong legs. Count the feet of the frame you will hang it on, then choose that size and no other.

Order this top when you already have the frame it is sewn for. A different frame can use a different attachment. If you are unsure the fabric will mount, settle that before the proof is approved, while the order can still change size.

What Fabric Is a Custom Canopy Top?

The top is 6 oz weatherproof polyester, 600 x 600 denier, dye-sublimated full color and seam to seam. All three sizes use that fabric. You are not choosing a light fabric and a heavy fabric. You are choosing how many feet of that fabric the frame needs.

Seam to seam means the print runs through the roof panels and the valances as one job, not a logo stamped in one corner of a stock-color roof. The valances are part of the printed top. They are the short flaps that hang at the edge when the tent is up. They are also the part a person on the ground can read without looking straight up.

The photos of this product show the fabric by itself: spread flat, or folded on a table, with no legs underneath. That is an honest picture of what you are buying. A styled photo of a tent at an event, with walls and a table, is a different product. Do not read those scenes into this price.

The product calls the cloth 6 oz weatherproof polyester. The frame, the stakes, and the ropes are not in this box. Use the top on the frame you already set up.

What We See on Proofs for a Canopy Top

Type set in the roof peak is for someone looking down on the tent. From a drone, from a balcony, or from a taller building, the peak is the billboard. From the ground, a few feet from the legs, the peak is mostly hidden by the slope of the roof. The four valances are what people read while they walk up.

A flat rectangle that ignores peaks and valances is the file we send back. The designer has drawn one big logo in the middle of a square, with empty edges. On a real top that middle logo lands on the peak, and the valances come out blank or cropped. The name the booth needed is then on the ceiling. Rebuild the file so each valance carries the name, and let the roof carry the pattern, the photo, or a larger mark that can survive being seen from above.

Valance type has to stay large. The reader is moving, and the flap is a short band. One name, or a name and three or four words, is the line that holds up. A street address, a paragraph, and a list of services on a valance turn into a stripe of texture. Put the long information somewhere a person can hold it, and keep the valance short.

Also match the size of the file to the size you ordered. A 10 x 10 layout placed on a 10 x 20 order leaves the extra length of the roof without a plan, and the valances on the long sides are not the same length as the valances on a square tent. Name the file with the foot size. When the proof comes back, look at every valance, not only the front, and look at the peak only after the valances are right.

Color that is supposed to reach the hem has to reach the hem in the file. A logo floating on a white patch inside a colored valance prints as a white patch. If the brand color is the whole roof, the file should be that color out to the stitch line, with the name reversed out of it or set in a second color that still reads in daylight.

Which Canopy Top Size Should I Order?

Order the size of the frame you will put the fabric on. A 10 x 10 frame takes the $631.29 top. A 10 x 15 frame takes the $695.49 top. A 10 x 20 frame takes the $920.19 top. The middle size is not a compromise between the other two. It fits a 10 x 15 frame and it does not fit the others.

A 10 x 10 top is the square booth: four valances of the same job, a roof people can walk around in one path. A 10 x 15 top is deeper. The long sides give you a longer valance, which is useful for a name that needs a bit more width, and it is still one top. A 10 x 20 top is the wide booth. The long valances can carry a name at a larger scale, and the roof has more panels to fill. More panels are not a reason to add more sentences. They are a reason to keep the pattern consistent so the tent reads as one brand from either end.

If you are replacing a faded stock-color roof and you want the print everywhere, this is the product. If you want solid-color fabric with a small logo only, that is a different tent configuration, not a cheaper row on this page. This page is the full-color top.

Walls are not included at any of the three prices. A back wall or a half wall is its own order, sized to the side of the frame it hangs on. A 10 x 15 or 10 x 20 frame has a short side and a long side, and those walls are not interchangeable. Price the top here, then price the wall you actually need, instead of expecting the top's box to include a backdrop.

How Long Does a Canopy Top Take?

Production is 3 to 4 business days after artwork approval. Approval is the start, not the upload. If the proof shows the name on the peak and blank valances, fix the file and approve the new proof. The production days begin then.

Shipping is a flat $10 on the order. Plan transit on top of the production window when the top has to be at an event. The flat charge does not tell you the transit time, and the production window does not include the days the proof sat in an inbox.

Before you approve, check three things on the proof. The foot size matches the frame. Every valance has the name you want people on the ground to read. The roof art still looks right if someone only sees it from above. Then approve, and the top is printed as fabric only for that frame.

Place the order on the custom canopy top page. Select 10 x 10, 10 x 15, or 10 x 20. The price on the page should match the row in the table for that size, with no frame added to the line.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The custom canopy top is printed fabric only. No frame, walls, ropes, stakes, or carry bag ship with it. You order it for a 10 x 10, 10 x 15, or 10 x 20 frame you already own.

A 10 x 15 custom canopy top is $695.49. That is the printed top only, the middle size on the same page as the 10 x 10 and the 10 x 20. It is not a frame and it is not a wall.

A 10 x 20 custom canopy top is $920.19. It is the widest of the three tops on this page, still fabric only, sewn for a 10 x 20 frame you already have.

6 oz weatherproof polyester at 600 x 600 denier is used for the top, printed full color and seam to seam. The same fabric is used at all three sizes. Size is what changes the price, not a second material.

Put the name on the valances. Those are the flaps people read from the ground. Type set only in the roof peak is for someone looking down on the tent, and a flat rectangle that ignores peaks and valances prints the name in the wrong place.
