Which Canopy Tent Accessories Do You Need?

A 10x10 Tent Full Wall is $385.19. Printed in the USA in 3 to 4 business days and shipped nationwide, flat $10 shipping to any US address. A half wall starts at $278.19 and a 4 bag sandbag set at $139.09.

A typical booth needs three things beyond the tent: one wall behind them, weights on every leg, and a way to move the kit. Everything else is optional. Buy accessories for the problem your events actually have, not for every possible setup.

The frame kit already includes ropes, stakes and a standard carry bag. Every accessory below prints or ships in 3 to 4 business days after you approve the proof, and each ships for a flat $10 per product to any US address.

Accessory What it does Starts at
10x10 full wall Closes one side, 113 x 78 in $385.19
10x10 half wall Counter height panel, 113 x 39 in $278.19
Sandbag set 4 bags, 76 lb when filled $139.09

A tent flag kit clamps a 10.5 ft feather flag to a tent leg so it stands above the canopy line. A Tent Flag Kit with a 10.5 ft medium feather flag and the flag holder is $224.69. Printed in the USA in 3 to 4 business days and shipped nationwide, flat $10 shipping to any US address.

When Should You Choose a Full Wall?

Choose a full wall for the side behind you. It hangs to within 4 inches of the floor, blocks the view through your booth, and gives you the largest printed surface you own: 113 x 78 inches on a 10x10.

A full wall is single sided and attaches to the frame with sewn-in velcro loops, so it needs no extra hardware. It comes with a reinforced strip in white or black along its edge.

Add full walls on the sides only when you need privacy, shade or wind cover. Three full walls make the booth feel like a room, but they also catch more wind, which means more weight on every leg. On a hot day, three closed sides can also trap heat under the canopy.

What Is a Half Wall Used For?

A half wall closes a side at counter height, about 39 inches, while keeping the booth open above it. It works like a printed fence: shoppers see into the booth over it, and your name sits at waist height where the eye lands as people walk past.

Half walls come single sided or double sided. Choose double sided when people pass on both sides of the panel, such as a corner booth or a booth in the middle of a field.

Each half wall has a top pole pocket and velcro loops on the sides, and its support hardware ships with it. The separate half wall hardware listing exists only to replace a lost or damaged part.

How Do You Choose Tent Weights?

Weigh every leg, on every surface, every time. Stakes and ropes hold a frame on grass. On asphalt, concrete or a gym floor, stakes do nothing, and weights are the only thing holding the tent down.

A sandbag set is 4 bags that strap to the foot of each leg. The set ships empty and holds 76 lb of ballast when filled; sand is not included. On a 10x10, one set covers all 4 legs. A 10x15 or 10x20 has 6 legs, so plan for two sets or extra weights of your own for the middle legs.

Some events publish a minimum weight per leg. Read the vendor packet before the event and bring at least that much. When the wind picks up beyond what your weights can hold, lower the tent or take it down. A canopy that lifts can damage your frame and the booths around you.

Which Hardware Should You Replace?

Replace hardware when a part fails, not as an upgrade. The tent hardware page sells five parts on their own: a replacement 10x10 event tent frame, a wheeled carry bag, the sandbag set, flag holder hardware and half wall hardware.

A replacement frame makes sense when the canopy is still good but a leg or joint has failed. A replacement canopy top makes sense in the opposite case: the frame is sound but the print is out of date or worn. A custom canopy top on its own starts at $631.29 for a 10 x 10 ft top.

The wheeled carry bag helps vendors who walk a long way from parking to their space. The standard bag in the frame kit works, but wheels matter on a long walk.

How Do Walls Fit Different Tent Sizes?

Walls are sized to the tent, and the long and short sides use different templates. A 10x10 wall fits any side of a 10x10. A 10x15 or 10x20 takes 113 inch walls on its short ends and a longer wall on its long side.

On a 10x20, the long side full wall is 228 inches wide by 78 inches tall, and half walls fit the 10 ft short sides only, up to 2. The long and short templates are not interchangeable, so order the wall listed for your tent and side.

If you might move up to a 10x20 later, buy walls for the tent you own now. A 10x10 wall still fits the short end of a 10x20, so a back wall from your first tent can become an end wall on the larger one.

Should You Buy Accessories or a Package?

Buy accessories one at a time when you already own the tent. Buy a package when you are starting fresh and want the tent, table cover and walls designed together. The 10x10 Spotlight Package includes a tent, a full back wall and a 6 ft fitted table cover for $1,412.39, with design setup included.

Sandbags and the wheeled bag are optional add-ons even inside a package, so budget for weights either way.

What Else Should a Vendor Pack With the Tent?

Pack the pieces that keep the booth standing and working for a full day, beyond the printed parts. A short list that covers most outdoor events:

  1. The frame kit: frame, canopy, ropes, stakes and carry bag.
  2. Weights for every leg, filled before you leave if you have room to carry them.
  3. Walls, rolled or folded in their own bag so the print stays clean.
  4. A rubber mallet for stakes on hard ground.
  5. Zip ties and spare velcro straps for loose corners.
  6. A small step stool for reaching the valance and the top of a wall.
  7. A towel for wiping the canopy and walls dry before packing.

Keep a printed copy of the vendor packet with the kit. It lists the space size, the weight rules and the setup window, and you will want it when someone asks where your booth is supposed to be.

How Do You Store Walls and Canopies Between Events?

Store printed pieces clean and dry. Wipe off dirt with a damp cloth, let the canopy and walls dry completely, and fold them loosely before they go back in the bag. Packing a wet canopy is the fastest way to end up with stains and odor.

Keep walls in their own bag rather than stuffed around the frame, where a sharp joint can scuff the print. Label each wall by side, such as back, left or right, so setup goes in the same order every time.

Check the velcro loops and the pole pocket on half walls after each season. A torn loop is easier to deal with at home than in the first hour of a market.

What Should You Check on Wall Proofs?

Check first for a back wall designed as if no one stands in front of it. The bottom third of a back wall sits behind your table and the people working it. Put the name and message in the top half.

Next, check for a half wall with fine print. A half wall is read from the aisle while people walk, so it needs a name, one word or a short line, large.

Also check for a double sided half wall sent with one face. Send both faces, or say plainly that the back should repeat the front.

How Do You Order Tent Walls and Hardware?

Order walls for your tent size and side, choose single or double sided where the product offers it, and send artwork for each face. On canopy orders, walls included, the artwork prep fee is waived when you send a phone photo or a ChatGPT image, and a free proof comes with every order. Production is 3 to 4 business days after approval, with flat $10 shipping per product to any US address.
