How does a canopy tent flag attach to the frame?

A tent flag kit clamps to a hex frame leg, with no ground stake. A medium feather flag with the holder from Inline Graphics is $224.69, single sided print thru on 4 oz polyester. Production is 3 to 4 business days after proof approval, with flat $10 shipping per product.

The holder is a clamp that fastens to one hex leg of the tent frame, so the flag needs no ground stake or base. Check that the leg you pick has room for the pole beside the valance and away from the walkway before you order. Flag and pole without the clamp are $181.89 for single sided print thru, for anyone who already owns a holder.

That is a different product from a feather flag that stands in the grass on its own spike. Those ground flags, and how to weight them, are in the guide to securing feather flags. Use that guide when the flag has its own base. Use this page when the flag is part of the tent. The clamp only fits a hex leg. It belongs on the hex frames in the canopy tent hub. It does not fit a square-leg frame.

Order the kit on the canopy tent flag page. One flag is one kit. The page opens on a medium feather with the holder.

Should you choose a feather or a teardrop?

A teardrop holds its shape a bit better in wind than a feather, and both shapes are $224.69 for single sided print thru with the holder. A feather is the swooping shape. That wind note is the practical difference on this kit, and it is the same advice for medium and for small. Both shapes use 4 oz flag polyester. Neither shape has a published wind rating. Do not treat the teardrop as a rated flag. If the event limits what can fly over a booth, check that rule before you order, and take the flags down when the tent comes down.

Choose the feather when you want the shape people already associate with a booth marker. Choose the teardrop when the site is breezy and you want the cloth to keep a cleaner outline. The prices do not change with that choice. What changes the price is single sided or double sided, and whether the holder is in the kit.

What is the difference between medium and small?

Medium and small share one price, $224.69 for single sided print thru with the holder, on both the feather and the teardrop. Medium is the one to use when the flag should read farther down the row. Small is the one to use when the space above the tent is tight, including many indoor halls. The product names them as medium and small. Confirm the graphic on the proof so the word you chose still fits the cloth you ordered.

Pick medium for an outdoor row where the flag has to clear people's heads and the canopy peak. Pick small when the tent is inside a hall or under a low roof. The price does not go up with the larger graphic. A small feather with the holder is the same $224.69 as the medium. If you spend more, spend it on double sided print when a word has to read from both directions, not on a size this page prices the same.

A package flag is specified more tightly. The 10x10 Signature Package and the 10x10 Showstopper Package each include two 10.5 ft feather flags on frame mounts. That 10.5 ft callout is the package spec. It is not a separate price rung on the single-flag kit. What is inside each package, beyond the flags, is in the 10x10 tent package guide.

What is the difference between print thru and double sided?

Single sided print thru is $224.69 with the flag holder and $181.89 without the holder. The design shows on both faces because the print goes through the cloth, and the back is a mirror image. A logo that is symmetrical still looks right. A word reads backwards on the reverse. That is normal for print thru, not a printing error.

Double sided is $320.99 with the holder and $278.19 without it. Order double sided when the word has to read correctly from both directions, which is common on a corner flag that people pass on either side. Print thru is fine for a logo or symbol only when a mirrored back face is acceptable; check it on the proof.

The same four prices apply to feather and teardrop, medium and small. Shape and size do not change the price. Leaving off the holder lowers it. The page also offers single sided print thru reverse at the same price as print thru. Use the proof to see which face carries the readable word. If you only need a replacement clamp later, flag holder hardware sold on its own is $139.09. That hardware line is the clamp, not a flag and not a pole.

How many flags should you fly, and what should they say?

One kit is one flag, a medium feather with the holder is $224.69, and the cloth should carry one word or a logo set big. A tent flag is a narrow vertical mark above an already printed canopy. A phone number, a slogan, and a list of services will not read while someone walks the aisle. Put those on the valance or a wall. Let the flag say the name.

A 10x10 has four legs and usually wants a flag on each of the two that face the aisle. A 10x20 is wide enough that those two front corners still cover the span. You do not need a flag on every leg. The valance already carries the name at eye level. The flag is the mark above it. Take the flag off the leg before anyone folds the frame, so the clamp and the pole stay out of the scissor rails. Let the cloth dry, then roll it. More than two only helps if the booth is long, such as a 10x20, and you still want a marker at each outer leg. Two kits of this flag product still ship for one flat $10, whether the second flag is a feather or a teardrop and whether the artwork differs. A canopy and a flag kit are two products, so each ships for $10.

The Signature Package is $2,114.99 and ships as one kit, which means one $10 shipping charge for the whole package. It includes two 10.5 ft feather flags on frame mounts, along with the 10x10 tent, a back wall, and a 6 ft fitted table cover. The Showstopper Package is $2,653.59, also one kit and one $10 shipping charge. It includes those two flags and adds side walls, so three full walls with the entry open, plus a Standard 33x81 retractable banner and stand. Buy the package when you want the pair of flags with the booth. Buy the flag kit on this page when you already have the tent.

How much is each tent flag kit?

One word or a logo, set big. A flag is a tall narrow mark above the canopy, not a second brochure. If the word must read from both directions, order double sided.
