The print is on the face of the vinyl and the adhesive on the back, so it reads correctly from the sidewalk when it is applied to the outside of the door; from inside you would be reading it backward through the glass. The gloss laminate is what makes outside fine: it sheds rain, takes window cleaner and shrugs off a scuff from a bag. Put it above the push bar and away from the edge the door closes against. An inside-mounted graphic needs a reverse-printed clear film that we do not list.

Yes, on the outside of the tinted glass. The decal goes on the outer surface, so the tint sits behind it and does not change how the print looks from the street. What the tint changes is contrast: on dark glass a white or light logo reads well and a dark logo disappears, so if your logo is black on nothing, we add a white outline or a white background shape on the proof. The decal never touches the tint film, which is on the inside, so it cannot lift it.

No, and the difference matters. Cut vinyl lettering is a single color of solid vinyl cut letter by letter and weeded, each letter its own piece with no print on it. What we make is printed vinyl: your lettering or logo printed in any colors on white 3M IJ-35C, laminated, then contour cut to the outline. Each word or logo is still cut out as its own piece with no background, so it reads like lettering from the sidewalk, but it can be two colors, a gradient or a photo. We do not offer weeded cut vinyl lettering.

Wet application. Clean the glass with soap and water, then alcohol. Mix a drop of dish soap into a spray bottle of water and mist the glass and the adhesive side of the decal. Position it, then squeegee from the center out in overlapping strokes, pushing the water to the edges. If the decal came with an application tape over its face, leave the tape on until it is squeegeed, wait 10 to 15 minutes, then peel the tape back flat against itself. A small bubble left behind wicks out in a day or two of sun. Avoid applying below about 50 degrees.
