Clear Information on Glass
Make the Door Explain the Business
Window decals and lettering put the information customers need directly on the glass. Printed opaque vinyl handles full-color logos and images, while cut vinyl lettering handles solid-color names, hours, phone numbers and simple shapes.
Inline Graphics measures the proposed graphic area, builds a proof that shows the layout on your windows and installs the approved layout with our crew. Cut lettering is measured as the box around the finished lettering, including the open space between characters and lines.
Price per Square Foot, Installed
| Film | Under 50 sq ft | 50 to 199 sq ft | 200 sq ft and up |

- Prices are per square foot installed. The size break is taken on the square footage of each film on the job.
- Minimum job charge: $267.50.
- Cut vinyl lettering: measured as the box around the lettering.
- Included: site measure, proof, print or cut, installation by our own crew and cleanup.

When to Choose Decals or Cut Lettering
Choose printed opaque decals when the glass needs a full-color logo, photograph, gradient or graphic panel. Choose cut lettering for solid-color names, hours, phone numbers, web addresses and simple service lists.
Both formats can share one storefront. Each cut lettering layer carries one color, while printed vinyl can place several colors and image details within one opaque graphic.
Choose perforated film for a daytime view through a large printed graphic, blackout vinyl to block the view and light, or frosted film to blur details.
Window Decal and Lettering Options
Printed Opaque Decals
Use printed window vinyl for full-color logos, photographs, gradients, campaign artwork and solid graphic coverage.
Cut Vinyl Lettering
Add names, hours, phone numbers, web addresses and simple shapes. Cut lettering uses a single color per layer.
Door Information
Keep hours, entry instructions and contact details organized around handles and door frames.
Logos and Service Lists
Combine a main logo with a readable list of services or departments across one pane or a measured storefront layout.
Proofed on the Glass
The proof shows scale, spacing, placement and how the design relates to frames, doors and nearby signs.
Quoted Removal
Old decals and lettering can be removed as a quoted extra after we review the film, adhesive, glass and access.

Window Decals and Lettering FAQ
Window decals and lettering from Inline Graphics are $12.31 to $16.59 per square foot installed for printed opaque graphics or $9.10 to $12.84 per square foot installed for cut lettering, with a $267.50 minimum job charge. The quote uses measured coverage, and cut lettering is measured as the box around the lettering. Removal and unusual access are quoted separately.
A small door-hours layout is a practical starting point for window lettering. Inline Graphics can combine a business name, hours, phone number or web address in the space available, but the $267.50 minimum job charge still applies. We measure the lettering as the box around the finished layout and proof it on the door before installation.
Choose printed window decals for full-color logos, photographs, gradients or opaque coverage. Choose cut vinyl lettering when the design is made from solid-color words, numbers or simple shapes. Inline Graphics can use both on one storefront, with the printed and cut elements measured and quoted under their matching installed rates.
Cut vinyl lettering uses a single color per layer. Inline Graphics can build a multicolor result from separate layers when the design and glass allow it, but each added layer changes the production and alignment work. Printed opaque decals are the better fit when the artwork needs gradients, photographs or many colors in one graphic.
Yes, Inline Graphics offers old window lettering removal as a quoted extra. We review the film condition, adhesive, number of layers and access before adding removal to the scope. The new window decals or lettering are quoted separately, and our crew prepares the glass before installing the approved replacement graphics.
Check your lease and get the property owner's approval before ordering window decals or lettering. Inline Graphics provides a proof showing the proposed layout, which you can share before production. Tell us about any property rules for coverage, colors or placement so the design can account for them.
Existing tint needs review before window decals or lettering are installed. Inline Graphics checks where the tint is applied, the condition of the glass and whether the new graphic belongs on the interior or exterior surface. We confirm the application from photos or a site measure instead of assuming every tinted pane will accept the same setup.
Keeping the business open during a window decal or lettering install depends on the glass location and access our crew needs. Tell Inline Graphics which doors must remain usable and when customers are present. Installation is scheduled by appointment after proof approval, and any after-hours work is quoted separately.
