What pieces make up retail print marketing?

Retail print marketing at Inline Graphics is the set of pieces that pull people to the door and then to the counter. One hundred 4 x 6 inch Standard 16pt Gloss flyers are $74.89. Each different product ships for a flat $10 to any US address.

Six pieces cover the main jobs. Window signs and A-frames catch passersby. Banners carry a large message farther. Flyers and postcards leave with a person. Business cards hold contact details, and table tents repeat one counter offer.

Retail shops use that same set whether the counter sells clothes, food, or hardware. Order the piece that matches the job you have this month. A common mistake to avoid is buying every format in the first week, then storing dated paper that no longer matches the price on the shelf.

Start with custom flyers when you need a handout for a current offer. The rest of the paper formats live in the print marketing shop. Prices below name one size, one material, and one quantity. A different size is a different price.

What does a window sign do for foot traffic?

A window sign is the message on the glass, and a 24 x 36 in static window cling is $74.89. Static cling has no adhesive. The same price covers an inside mount or an outside mount. A smaller 12 x 18 in cling is $32.09, and an 18 x 24 in cling is $42.79. Production is 48 hours after the proof is approved.

Use the glass for one reason to come in: hours, a dated offer, or one product that just arrived. A second message belongs on a second cling, not in smaller type under the first. The storefront window signage guide walks through cling, perforated film, and lettering. This page stays with the job and the price.

Perforated film is the other window option when people inside the shop still need to see out. A 24 x 36 in perforated panel is $96.29, and the same size with laminate is $106.99. It prints in 48 hours as well. Pick cling when you will peel the offer off. Pick perforated film when the graphic should stay and the view from inside still matters.

What does a sidewalk A-frame do?

Use a sidewalk A-frame when the message needs to meet people at eye level as they approach the entrance. A Standard Signicade with one 24 x 36 in adhesive vinyl graphic is $267.49, and the same frame with two adhesive vinyl graphics is $288.89. The one-graphic price is the frame plus a single face. The two-graphic price is the frame plus both faces. A Deluxe Signicade with one 24 x 36 in coroplast graphic is $374.49, and with two coroplast graphics it is $406.59. Production is 3 business days after artwork approval.

The A-frame stands on the sidewalk, so it reaches people whose eyes are on the walk, not on your window. One line is enough: the offer, or the fact that you are open. The A-frame sign sizes guide covers the 24 x 36 in panel and the smaller frames. Replacement graphics, if you already own the frame, are a separate price: one 24 x 36 in Standard adhesive vinyl graphic is $74.89 and two are $96.29.

Portable-sign rules can apply on private property as well as in a public right of way. Check the responsible city or county, the lease, the property owner, and any shopping-center rules before you set the frame out. This official portable-sign guidance shows why location and jurisdiction both matter. This is general information, not legal advice.

What does a sale banner do?

Use a sale banner when one short offer must be read from farther away than a window cling. A 6 x 3 ft single-sided 13oz vinyl banner is $133.00. Hems and grommets are included. A smaller 4 x 2 ft single-sided 13oz banner is $66.00 when the wall or the window header is short. A long 6 x 2 ft single-sided 13oz banner is $96.29 when the message has to run horizontally over a window. Production is 3 business days after the proof is approved.

The banner's job is a short line read from the street or the parking row: the sale, the end date, and the store name. It is the wrong place for a list of products. Order it on the custom vinyl banners page. Thirteen-ounce vinyl is the everyday weight for a short outdoor sale or an indoor hang. If the same banner will stay outside for a long stretch, compare 15oz and 18oz on that page before you approve the proof. Double-sided print is an 18oz banner only.

Take the banner down when the date on it has passed. An expired offer can confuse shoppers and weaken the next promotion.

When do flyers beat postcards, and when is it the reverse?

Choose flyers for hand delivery and postcards when the piece may be mailed later. One hundred 4 x 6 in flyers on Standard 16pt Gloss are $74.89, and 100 postcards in that same size and stock are $74.89. A pack of 250 is $106.99 for those flyers and $106.99 for those postcards. A pack of 500 is $149.79 for the flyers and $149.79 for the 4 x 6 in postcards. On this 16pt stock, production is 48 hours after artwork approval. Larger flyer stocks, including Premium 100# Gloss and Standard 70# Uncoated, are a different ladder and are not these prices.

Hand flyers out at the counter, at a sidewalk table, or on a community board you are allowed to use. Inline Graphics prints postcards and ships them to you. We do not mail them, sell postage, or print a mailing list. If you mail, check the current postcard rules and the current rate with USPS before you assume a 4 x 6 in card qualifies.

Match the quantity to a count you will actually hand out while the offer is still true. One hundred is the right pack for a short list. Five hundred is the right pack only when the date, the price, and the phone number are settled.

What belongs at the register and on the counter?

One hundred business cards, 3.5 x 2 in on 16pt stock, are $64.19, and that price is the same for one side or both sides. Fifty cards are $53.49. Five hundred are $96.29, and 1,000 are $117.69. Production is 48 hours after the proof is approved. The card's job is the handoff: a person asks how to reach you, and you give them a card. Put the name and one phone number where a thumb will not cover them.

A table tent is the stay-put message on the counter. The smallest order is 1,000. One thousand 4 x 6 in Tri-Fold Cover Stock table tents are $641.99. One thousand 4.25 x 6 in Tri-Fold Cover Stock tents are $684.79, and 1,000 of the 5 x 5.5 in Tri-Fold Cover Stock size are $706.19. Production is 3 to 5 business days after approval. Because the item is over $499, Design it for me is free on that order. A shop with one counter and a message that changes every month should not start here. Use a flyer in a holder until the counter line will stay true for the life of 1,000 tents.

What does a year of retail print look like?

Plan the year as reprints of dated pieces, not as a new product every month.

  • New year: a window cling and, if the street needs it, a 6 x 3 ft banner. Both carry an end date.
  • Spring: replace the cling when new goods arrive. Leave the business cards alone if the phone number did not change.
  • Summer: set the A-frame out for hours or one offer, after you have checked the sidewalk rules.
  • Late summer: print 100 or 250 flyers for a counted handout. Do not jump to 500 because the unit price looks smaller.
  • November and December: holiday hours go on the glass. Add a banner only when the hours or a dated offer must be read from farther away.

Evergreen pieces are the card and, once, the A-frame frame. Dated pieces are the cling, the flyer, and the banner. Reprint the dated piece. Do not redesign the card for every sale.

There is no production setup fee. Any file or photo you send is prepared through AI image to print for $14.99 per item. Design it for me is $29.99 with two revisions, and it is free when that item is $499 or more. The free digital proof is emailed after the order. Nothing prints until you approve it. Approve artwork on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day. Artwork approved after noon or on a weekend counts as approved the next business day. Production time starts at proof approval, not at checkout.

Printed in the USA. Ground shipping is about 3 business days and is $10 per different product, never one fee for the whole cart. A cling, a flyer pack, and a card order are three shipping charges. The table lists individually priced products, with artwork and shipping charged separately. A different size is priced on its own page.

Read every proof for the date, the shelf price you are advertising, and the phone number. The number on the cling should match the number on the card if both were ordered. A cling and a banner can share one offer and still be two products, two proofs, and two $10 shipping charges. If the offer is only for people already inside, skip the banner and put the budget on the flyer pack instead.
