A florist's matching canopy tent, back wall, table cover, banner stand and two feather flags fill a sunny outdoor market booth.

What Comes in a Canopy Tent Package?

The 10x10 Essentials Package is $1,214.99 and ships as one kit. Design is included in the price. Printed in the USA in 3 to 4 business days and shipped nationwide, flat $10 shipping to any US address. Spotlight adds a back wall, Signature adds two feather flags and Showstopper adds side walls and a retractable banner.

A canopy tent package is a 10x10 printed tent plus the matching pieces that turn it into a booth, designed together and shipped as one kit. Every package starts with the same tent and fitted table cover, then adds a back wall, flags, side walls and a banner as you move up.

All four print in the USA in 3 to 4 business days after you approve the proof. Design setup is included in the price, and each kit ships for a flat $10 to any US address.

Package Starts at What it adds
Essentials $1,214.99 Tent and 6 ft fitted table cover
Spotlight $1,412.39 Plus one full back wall
Signature $2,114.99 Plus two 10.5 ft feather flags
Showstopper $2,653.59 Three walls, two flags, retractable banner

Each step keeps everything from the step below it, except that Showstopper swaps the single back wall for three full walls. The entry side always stays open.

What Does the Essentials Package Include?

Essentials is the base booth: a 10x10 printed canopy with full color across all four peaks and valances, a 6 ft printed fitted table cover, and the aluminum frame with a carry bag, ropes and stakes. The fitted cover has boxed corners and an open back, so you can sit behind the table and reach storage underneath.

Essentials suits a vendor who needs to be found and look finished, but works markets where the sides of the booth stay open anyway. Your name on the valances reads from down the aisle, and the matching table cover carries the same colors at eye level.

Walls, feather flags and accessories shown in some package photos are optional add-ons, not part of the Essentials price.

What Is Different About Spotlight?

Spotlight adds one full printed back wall that reaches to within 4 inches of the floor. That wall puts your name and message behind whoever works the booth, so it appears in every photo taken there.

Choose Spotlight when your booth backs onto another vendor, a fence or a busy walkway. Without a wall, shoppers see through your booth to whatever is behind it. With one, your booth reads as a room with a clear front.

The back wall is single sided and attaches with sewn-in velcro loops. It needs no extra hardware.

Who Should Choose the Signature Package?

Signature is the Spotlight booth with two custom 10.5 ft feather flags added. The flags are single sided and come with frame mounts that clamp them to the tent legs, so they stand above the canopy line and read from across a lot.

Choose Signature for outdoor events where people decide where to walk from a distance: festivals, fairs, sports events and large markets. The tent tells people who you are once they are close. The flags bring them close.

Single sided flags show a mirror image on the back. If people will walk past both faces of your flags, plan the artwork so the mirror reads acceptably, or keep the text short and bold.

What Does the Showstopper Package Add?

Showstopper adds two printed side walls to the back wall, for three full walls with the entry side open, and a Standard 33 x 81 in retractable banner and stand with its travel bag. It keeps the two feather flags and the fitted table cover.

Choose Showstopper when the booth itself is the marketing: trade shows held outdoors, sponsor areas and multi-day events where you want the space to feel closed and branded on three sides. The retractable banner can stand at the front corner or move inside when the weather turns.

Sandbags and the wheeled carry bag are optional add-ons even on Showstopper.

Which Accessories Are Still Optional?

Sandbags, extra walls and the wheeled carry bag are optional on every package. A 4 bag sandbag set starts at $139.09; it ships empty, holds 76 lb of ballast when filled, and sand is not included.

On grass, the included stakes and ropes hold the frame. On asphalt or concrete, stakes do nothing, so add weights to every leg. Some events require a minimum weight per leg; read the vendor packet before you order.

Half walls are not part of any package. If you want a counter height panel on the side of a Spotlight or Signature booth, add a 10x10 half wall on its own. It starts at $278.19 and ships with its support hardware.

How Do You Keep Package Artwork Consistent?

Send one logo file, one set of colors and one main message, and let every piece of the package carry them. Design setup is included, so the team lays out the canopy, walls, flags and table cover as one booth rather than five separate files.

Decide the job of each surface. The valances carry the name. The back wall carries the name, one message and a phone number or web address. The flags carry the name or one word. The table cover carries the logo at the front drop, where a seated person does not block it.

Which Package Fits Which Event?

Match the package to where you sell most often. The right kit is the one that solves the problem you have at your usual events, whether that is being found, looking finished, or owning the space.

  • Weekly farmers market or craft fair: Essentials. You are in a row of white tents, and a printed canopy plus a matching table cover is what separates you. Setup stays quick every week.
  • Market where you back onto a walkway or another vendor: Spotlight. The back wall closes the view behind you and gives every photo a branded background.
  • Festival, fair or sports event with long sight lines: Signature. The two flags read from across the grounds and pull people toward the tent.
  • Outdoor expo, sponsor area or multi-day event: Showstopper. Three walls make the booth feel like its own room, and the retractable banner adds a fourth surface at the entry.

A business that does a mix can start with Essentials and add pieces later. Every wall, flag kit and accessory is sold on its own, so a Spotlight booth can become a Signature booth next season with a tent flag kit. Ask for the same colors and logo so the new piece matches the kit.

What Is the Difference Between the Tent Alone and a Package?

The tent alone is the canopy and frame. A package is the tent plus the pieces around it, with design setup included. The 10x10 event tent on its own starts at $973.69, while Essentials adds the fitted table cover and the design work for $1,214.99.

The package also solves a coordination problem. When the tent, walls, flags and table cover are laid out together, the colors and logo placement line up across every piece. Ordered one at a time from different files, they often drift: a slightly different blue on the table cover, a logo at a different scale on the wall.

Packages are built on the 10x10 only. If your event assigns a 10x15 or 10x20 space, order the larger tent and add walls and flags piece by piece.

What Should You Check on Package Proofs?

Check first for too much text on the back wall. People read a booth from across an aisle, and a paragraph that looks fine on a laptop disappears at that distance. One headline and one way to reach you is enough.

Next, check for a logo placed where the table hides it. On the back wall, the bottom third sits behind the table and the people working it. Keep the name in the top half.

Also check for forgetting the flags print single sided. A word on the front face reads backward from the rear.

If you are not ready to order, canopy package mockup and print files are $99.99: a 3D mockup of the whole booth plus print-ready PDFs of every piece, emailed in 2 business days with up to 2 rounds of changes.

How Do You Order a Canopy Tent Package?

Pick the package by the event you do most, not the biggest one you might do. A booth you can set up quickly at every market earns more than a larger booth you leave in the garage.

Choose the package, send your logo and colors, and approve the proof for every piece. The kit prints in 3 to 4 business days after approval and ships together for a flat $10 to any US address. A free proof comes with every order, and nothing prints until you approve it.
