How do package prices compare with the stated separate values?

Package and separate-purchase totals should be compared tier by tier.

These are the base V6-frame packages. Each includes a full-custom 6 oz, 600x600-denier polyester canopy, ropes, stakes, standard carry bag and one 6ft open-back fitted cover in 8.8 oz polyester. Printed full walls are single sided. The Signature and Showstopper flags are two single-sided 10.5ft feather flags with frame mounts. Showstopper also includes its Standard 33 x 81 in retractable banner and stand.

Read these as package-to-parts comparisons, not guaranteed savings:

Which package fits the booth you plan to run?

Essentials fits a tent-and-table booth, while the higher tiers add a backdrop, flags and more enclosed display surfaces.

• Essentials: A seller presenting products mainly on a table. The open back of the fitted cover leaves access to supplies stored underneath. The folding table itself is not included.
• Spotlight: A booth needing a clean background for merchandise or conversations. Put the principal message on the back wall so the table does not carry all the information.
• Signature: A booth where visitors need to spot the business before reaching the table. Two frame-mounted flags extend the branding upward without separate flag bases on the ground.
• Showstopper: A booth needing back and side graphics, plus a separate message near the entrance. Three full walls surround the space while the entry remains open.

Think about the event layout before choosing three walls. A corner booth approached from two aisles may work better with an open side. More printed surfaces are useful only when they support the approach and activity inside your assigned space.

When does buying separately still make sense?

Buying separately makes sense when you already have compatible equipment or need only a tent rather than a coordinated booth.

One 10x10 custom graphic-only canopy top in 6 oz polyester costs $631.29. It excludes the frame, walls, ropes, stakes and bag. The top is sewn for our 10x10 frame; if yours is another brand, send measurements before ordering. A nominal 10x10 label alone does not establish compatibility.

If your table and signs already work, one 10x10 full-custom 6 oz polyester canopy with the V6 frame is $973.69, including ropes, stakes and the standard bag. How does shipping change the comparison?

A canopy package has one flat $10 ground shipping charge because it ships as one kit; separate products each have their own $10 charge.

A standalone tent, standalone wall and standalone fitted table cover are three different products. Each receives its own shipping charge. Buying more of the same product does not create another different-product charge. This is why a package comparison should consider the contents and shipping structure together.

Keep shipping separate from the price comparisons above. Ground transit is about 3 business days after production. That is planning information, not a promised arrival date.

Can you tailor a package with add-ons?

Yes, the Essentials package offers add-ons and table-cover changes, with configured package totals rather than standalone accessory prices.

The following selections each start with one base 10x10 Essentials package, retaining the V6 tent and 6ft open-back fitted cover unless a cover replacement is named. Canopy fabric is 6 oz polyester; fitted covers are 8.8 oz polyester. Each row is one separate configuration, not a combination of all rows.

Select a cover around the real table. A 6ft fitted cover fits 72 x 30 x 30 in; the 8ft version fits 96 x 30 x 30 in. Sandbags are fillable, so plan for filling them rather than treating empty bags as ready ballast. Confirm the event's anchoring requirements with its organizer before choosing your equipment.

What changes when you upgrade a package frame?

A frame upgrade changes the configured package total and takes about 2 weeks instead of the V6 production window.

Each price below is for one complete 10x10 Signature package with the frame named, its 6 oz polyester custom canopy and back wall, 6ft open-back fitted cover, and two single-sided 10.5ft feather flags with frame mounts.

Choose around carrying needs and the frame specifications. Do not assume an upgrade preserves the base package's production schedule or establishes a wind rating.

How do design and proof approval work?

Every canopy and package order includes artwork design, with a free digital proof emailed after the order is placed.

You may send a logo, existing artwork, or ChatGPT and other AI images. The AI image fee is waived on canopy orders. Check the business name, colors, website and placement across every piece before approving. Nothing prints until approval.

It includes front, back and corner mockup views and print-ready PDFs, with the first mockup emailed within 2 business days and up to two rounds of changes. Base V6 packages take 3 to 4 business days in production after artwork approval. Approve on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day. Later approvals move that starting point; transit follows production.
