Choose it for a multicolor mark, a custom background, photographs or a pattern across the roof. Choose the printing method before comparing frames. The logo-only kit stays on V6. The four frame upgrades belong to the full-custom 10 x 10 configuration, so a logo-kit budget cannot simply add a premium frame while retaining the lower print price.

The full-custom 10 x 10 tent has five frame tiers, from V6 at $973.69 to V3 at $2,086.49. The printed canopy stays the same across those tiers. Material, leg construction, carrying weight and warranty change with the frame underneath it.

V6 is the occasional-use entry frame and carries no warranty. V5 adds steel construction and a one-year warranty. V4 has 45 mm hexagonal legs and thicker steel walls than V5, making it the heavier-duty steel choice for a booth that gets handled regularly.

V4 Lite buys carrying convenience: it weighs 20 lb less than V4 and has the same 45 mm leg diameter. It costs more, but its listed durability rating is lower than V4's. Choose it for easier carrying rather than assuming every higher price means a tougher frame. V3 has 50 mm legs, 2 mm walls and the listed lifetime warranty.

Every upgraded tier needs 10 business days after artwork approval. Confirm that window before selecting the frame, especially when the first event is already booked.

How Much Do Tent Walls and Accessories Add?

On the 10 x 10 tent configuration, a full wall adds $364.00, and a single-sided half wall adds $259.00. These are additions to the complete tent price. The base kit already includes the standard carry bag; selecting the wheeled bag changes that choice for an additional charge.

Choose each piece for a specific job: a full wall for a printed background, a half wall for a lower panel, or a wheeled bag for transport. Adding several choices raises the same tent total. A full wall and four sandbags together make the full-custom V6 tent $1,470.69 before shipping and tax.

Should I Buy a 10x10, 10x15 or 10x20 Custom Canopy Tent?

A 10 x 10 tent covers a nominal 100 sq ft footprint; 10 x 15 and 10 x 20 tents expand that to 150 and 200 sq ft. The larger full-custom kits start at $1,390.99 and $1,615.69, respectively. Confirm the space you can actually use before buying more roof.

The 10 x 15 tent adds room along one axis. The 10 x 20 tent doubles the nominal footprint of the square tent. Both larger sizes use V6, with no frame tier upgrades. Their rectangular footprints also require walls matched to the correct side length.

What Mistakes Do We See on Canopy Tent Proofs?

The proof mistake to catch first is a name placed only on the roof peak, leaving the valances blank. The valance is the hanging edge that faces people walking toward the booth. We check those faces separately: check the readable name on every intended face before approving the artwork.

A full-color design selected as a logo-only kit. A multicolor logo and custom background need the full-custom configuration. Check the selected print style against the artwork, not just the tent size.

One face approved while the others go unchecked. Read the front, back and both side valances. Confirm spelling, logo color and orientation on each view. A good front does not establish that the other faces are right.

A roof file treated as a wall file. A canopy peak, a valance and a wall have different shapes. Use the template for the selected piece and size, and keep important artwork clear of its marked seams and edges.

How Long Does a Printed Canopy Tent Take to Ship?

Standard V6 tents and tent packages need 3 to 4 business days of production after artwork approval; upgraded frames need 10 business days. A free digital proof comes with every order after checkout. Production starts when you approve it, so an upload date is not the production start date.
