Measure the panel at its widest and tallest point, then add 2 inches of bleed to every edge, which is 4 inches on the width and 4 on the height. A hood that measures 56 by 56 becomes a 60 by 60 order. A full-size tailgate around 22 by 62 becomes 26 by 66. A pickup door around 40 by 36 becomes 44 by 40. Measure around the edge if you want the film to tuck under it. The hood wrap and tailgate wrap pages have those presets built in, priced the same way as this page.

Two inches of bleed on every edge, and a 1 inch overlap at every seam. Build the file at the ordered size with the bleed inside it, full scale or 1:10 with the scale in the file name, CMYK, fonts outlined, 100 to 150 ppi at full size. Send one file per vehicle side. Anything wider than 52 inches we split into panels with the 1 inch overlap and ship labeled in order; you do not split the file yourself. You can switch the laminate to none and the price drops, but bare wrap film does not last on a vehicle, so we only suggest that for an indoor panel or a test piece.
