What a team or league should order first

Start with the piece fans see from the parking lot. A 6' × 3' Mesh Banner is $154. Mesh lets wind pass through, which makes it the usual choice for chain link outfield and backstop fences. It is printed in the USA and produced in 3 business days after you approve the proof.

Next, give the team a home base on the sideline. A 10x10 Event Tent with canopy graphic and frame is $973.69. Canopy tent orders include the artwork design, so you can send your logo and colors and we lay out the canopy for you.

Then hand families something to keep. 250 double-sided 16pt Cardstock trading cards are $85.59, which is about $0.34 a trading card. Cards are produced in 48 hours after proof approval and ship by ground to any US address.

Fence banners and field flags

Mesh is the field banner. It handles open, windy fields better than solid vinyl because air moves through it. Hang it tight along the top and bottom so it does not flap.

Solid vinyl suits walls, dugouts, gyms, concession stands and indoor events. A 6' × 3' 13oz Standard Custom Printed Banner is $133. It is produced in 3 business days after proof approval.

Sponsor banners and signs

Sponsors want to see their name where families see it. A banner per sponsor on the fence is simple to sell and simple to hang. Put the sponsor's logo large, add a short thank you and your team name, and leave the rest of the space empty so it reads from the stands.

Yard signs work for smaller sponsors and for game day directions in the parking lot. An 18" x 24" 4mm Coroplast Standard Yard Sign is $64.99. Yard signs get next day production after proof approval. Team tents and tent gear

A 10x10 Event Tent gives shade for players, a station for water and first aid, and a branded spot families can find. Always weigh down or anchor it.

Tent Hardware covers what wears out or goes missing over a season: replacement 10x10 frames, wheeled carry bags, sandbag sets (4 piece), flag holders and half wall hardware. A replacement 10x10 Event Tent Frame is $534.99.

Not ready to buy the tent? Canopy Mockup & Print Files give you the canopy mockup and print files first. Order the canopy within 30 days and that amount comes off the canopy, before tax. Tents are produced in 3 to 4 business days after proof approval.

Shirts, trading cards and fan gear

Team shirts work for players, coaches, volunteers and families. One direct-to-garment printed Custom T-Shirt is $42.79 in sizes S to 3XL. Shirts take 1 to 5 days.

Trading cards are 16pt cardstock, double-sided, and work as player cards, a team card, a sponsor card or a season schedule. 250 double-sided 16pt Cardstock trading cards are $85.59, which is about $0.34 a trading card.

Fan gear keeps the team name around town. 50 3" x 3" Die-Cut Vinyl stickers are $94.99, which is about $1.90 a sticker. A 12" × 18" 30 mil Magnetic Vinyl Custom Magnet is $94.89. A large magnet works on a team trailer, a locker or any steel surface. A 41" × 17.5" Perforated Film Jeep Wrangler Window Graphic is $85.59. The perforated film arrives cut to the closest size, so plan on some trimming when you apply it.

When to order for the season

Count back from opening day. Leave time to approve the proof, then add the production time and ground shipping. Production times count from proof approval: next day for flags, yard signs and the step and repeat, 48 hours for trading cards, stickers and magnets, 1 to 5 days for shirts, 3 business days for banners, and 3 to 4 business days for tents.

Order fence banners and the tent first, since they go up on day one. Cards, stickers and shirts can follow once your roster and sponsors are set.

Proof, artwork and reorders

You get a free proof with every order. We email the digital proof after you place your order, and nothing prints until you approve it.

No artwork yet? Check out and send your team logo and colors after the order is placed, or choose Design it for me. Next season, reorder from the order page in your account or the Order again link in your shipped order email. The artwork on file carries over, so you only send what changed.

Shipping to any US address

Everything is printed in the USA and ships by ground to any US address. Shipping is $10 for each different product on an order, so a mesh banner and a box of trading cards on the same order ship for $20.
