What should a school or team print on a custom canopy?

A 10x10 full custom canopy with the V6 frame from Inline Graphics is $973.69, a practical sideline size for a school or team. A 10x20 full kit with frame is $1,615.69. Design is included. Production is 3 to 4 business days after proof approval, printed in the USA, with flat $10 shipping per product.

Print the mascot, the school name, and the colors people already know. A booster club, a youth group, and a nonprofit outreach table use that same short list. The valance is what parents and opposing fans read from across the field or the parking row. One name, the mark, and high contrast. A phone number or a web address can go on the valance if it is large. A roster, a sponsor paragraph, and a game schedule belong on a handout, not on the roof.

Full custom color is what a mascot usually needs. The canopy is dye-sublimated seam to seam on 6 oz weatherproof polyester, so the cloth can carry more than one ink color. A one-color wordmark on a solid field is simply a design choice inside that same full-color print, and a full-color mascot fits just as well.

Every canopy order includes the artwork design. The AI image fee is waived, so a drawing, a phone photo of the mascot, or an AI image can be made print ready without that fee. Send the name, the colors, and the mark, and say which team it is if several designs are on one order. The free digital proof is emailed after you order. Nothing prints until you approve it.

Start with the 10x10 custom canopy tent. Walls, larger tents, and flag kits sit on the canopy tent hub.

Which size fits a sideline, and which fits a team area?

A 10x10 is the sideline tent: one table, a few coaches, a cooler, and a name that faces the stands. One 10x10 full custom canopy with the V6 frame is $973.69, with ropes, stakes, and a standard carry bag.

A 10x20 is the team area. It assembles 235 in wide by 120 in deep, the full package is about 80 lb, and two people are recommended. One 10x20 full canopy kit is $1,615.69. Use it when players and gear need to sit out of the sun together, or when a club wants a check-in spot that is wider than a single table.

The size between them is the 10x15. It assembles 175 in wide by 120 in deep, the full package is about 60.5 lb, and one 10x15 full kit is $1,390.99. How to choose among the three footprints, beyond a sideline and a team area, is in the canopy tent size guide. This page stays on schools, teams, churches, and clubs.

Frame upgrades, if you want a lighter 10x10 to carry from the lot to the field, are a 10x10 choice. The V4 Lite frame is 32 lb and the full custom tent on that frame is $1,519.39. Upgraded frames take about 2 weeks. The V6 price above is 3 to 4 business days after proof approval. Those upgrades are not offered on the 10x15 or the 10x20.

How do you weight a canopy on a track or blacktop?

A 4-piece sandbag set is $139.09, and that is what belongs on a track, a blacktop, or any surface that will not take a stake. The tent kit includes ropes and stakes for ground that will hold them. A stake is the wrong tool in asphalt, a rubber track, or a gym floor. The bags are fillable on site. That $139.09 is the set on its own, when you already own the tent. Ordered with a new 10x10 full custom canopy and the V6 frame, the tent and four sandbags together are $1,106.69. A 10x20 full kit with six sandbags is $1,804.69. A 10x15 full kit with four sandbags is $1,523.99.

We do not publish a wind rating. We recommend at least 40 lb on each leg unless your organizer sets a different number. One 4-piece set holds about 76 lb filled, about 19 lb a leg, so plan extra weight. How to think about wind on a heavy duty frame is in the heavy duty canopy guide. Fill the bags on site, strap one snugly around the base of each leg so it cannot slide, and ask the venue or league whether it sets its own weight rule. Pack the tent up ahead of strong wind or a storm while it is still safe to handle, and if you hear thunder, get everyone to a building or a hard-topped vehicle, as the National Weather Service lightning guidance advises. The only weights we sell are this sandbag set.

School, district, park, and venue rules differ. Some fields allow a tent on the sideline and some do not. This is general information, not legal advice. Check the rules where you will stand the tent before you order, and contact us before ordering if the event requires a fire certificate. We do not publish a flame-retardant rating.

When do walls and flags help a school tent?

A 10x10 full wall is 113 x 78 in, on 6 oz polyester, and costs $385.19, which is the panel to add for shade or a private side. One 10x10 full custom canopy with the V6 frame and one full wall is $1,337.69. The same tent with one full wall and four sandbags is $1,470.69, which is the sideline kit when the sun is behind the bench and the ground is hard. Three full walls on that 10x10 are $2,065.69 if you need three closed sides and one open entry.

A half wall stays at counter height, 113 x 39 in, so people can still see the field, and the price includes its support hardware. Single sided is $278.19. Double sided is $438.69, which matters if both the crowd and the bench see that panel. On a 10x20, the long full wall is 228 in and is $706.19. The short-side full wall stays $385.19. Match the wall colors to the canopy in the order notes so the mascot does not change shade between the valance and the backdrop.

A tent flag kit clamps to a hex frame leg. It does not use a ground stake. A medium feather, single sided print thru, with the holder, is $224.69. Print one word or the logo, large. The back of a print-thru flag is a mirror, so a word that must read from both directions should be double sided at $320.99 with the holder. Two flags are plenty for a sideline tent. A canopy and a flag kit are different products, so each ships for $10.

For the rest of a church or school event, banners, yard signs, and an 8 ft table throw are grouped on the church and school event kit. That kit is not a canopy. The tent on this page is the shade and the name. The kit is the other printed pieces around it.

What changes when several teams order at once?

Each different product ships for $10, and each team can still have its own mascot and its own colors. Design is included on every canopy order, and the AI image fee is waived on each one. Tell us the name, the colors, and the mark for each team so the proofs do not get swapped. Each proof is emailed after the order, and nothing prints until that proof is approved.

Three 10x10 tents are the same product, so they stay at one $10 charge even when the artwork differs. A 10x10 for the sideline and a 10x20 for the team area are two products, so each is $10. Add a flag kit or a wall as its own product and that line has its own $10. A package such as the Signature booth ships as one kit, which is one $10 charge, but the single tents on this page are the usual school order.

There is no separate school, church, or nonprofit price in the list below. There is no setup service, no rental, and no repair plan to add. You set the tent up and you fold it. Production on the V6 is 3 to 4 business days after proof approval. Approve on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day. Ground transit is about 3 business days after production. Printed in the USA. We do not promise the day a Friday game will have the tent in hand. Order with the proof time included.

How much do the school and team canopies cost?

One 10x10 full custom canopy with the V6 frame is $973.69, and each row below is one other school or team build at its own price. Do not reuse a 10x10 wall price for a 10x20 long side.

One 10x10 full custom canopy on the V4 Lite frame $1,519.39
One 10x15 full custom canopy with frame $1,390.99
One 10x20 full custom canopy with frame $1,615.69

There is no production setup fee. Design is included. The fabric is weatherproof polyester, and the package listing calls it waterproof and UV-resistant. Seams, pooled water, and wind-driven rain are still reasons to dry the tent before you pack it. We do not sell heaters, tent lighting, or flooring.
