What Should a Trade Show Booth Order First?
Order the backdrop first. A full-custom 10 by 10 event tent with the canopy and the V6 frame is $973.69, printed in the USA in 3 to 4 business days after you approve the art, then shipped for a flat $10. A logo-only kit on the same frame is $759.69. Ropes, stakes and a standard bag are included.
Order the thing people see from the aisle, then the table, then the stands you can carry in one trip. For a 10 by 10 footprint the first line is the 10 by 10 event tent. A full-custom kit, canopy graphic plus the V6 frame, is $973.69. A logo-only kit on that same frame is $759.69.
The full-custom canopy is 6 ounce weatherproof polyester, dye-sublimated seam to seam. Legs telescope from 124.5 inches to 137 inches. The frame pops up without tools. Ropes, stakes and a standard bag are in the price. Walls are not. Sandbags are not. The wheeled bag is not.

A 10 by 15 tent is $1,390.99 and a 10 by 20 tent is $1,615.69 when the floor space is actually that size. Do not buy the bigger footprint to look busier. Buy it when the booth assignment is bigger.

What Does the 10 by 10 Include?
The page opens on Canopy Graphic + Frame. That is the full-color top on the V6 frame. The logo-only row is a different artwork choice: one solid canopy color, white, black, green, red or blue, with the logo in black or white. It is still a complete tent. It is not a blank frame and a separate print job.
There is no setup fee. A free digital proof goes out before anything prints. "Design it for me" is $32.10 on a smaller item and free when the item is $499 or more. Both the $973.69 kit and the $759.69 kit clear that line, so design help on either tent is included.
The V6 is the frame in the base price. It is the frame for a season of markets or a handful of shows. It carries no manufacturer warranty. On this frame, and on every heavier frame, report shipping damage or a defect within 5 business days of delivery and before the first setup. Where a warranty exists, it covers defects in materials and workmanship, parts and labor. You pay to ship a defective part back. A replacement does not restart the clock. Wind, wear and misuse are outside that coverage. The printed canopy, the walls and the accessories are not the frame warranty.
Heavier frames are a choice on the same 10 by 10 page. The $973.69 price includes the V6 frame. If the booth goes up most weekends, read the frame choices before you approve the tent. Do not discover the warranty line after the show.
Which Extras Are Actually Extra?
One full wall on the 10 by 10 order adds $364.00. One single-sided half wall adds $259.00. A full wall closes a side from the canopy down. A half wall leaves the upper part of that side open, which is the choice when you still want people to see into the booth. Two walls, three walls and double-sided half walls are further rungs on the same control. Quote the rung you select. The $364.00 and $259.00 figures are one wall each, not a set.
A replacement full wall bought by itself is $385.19, sized 113 inches wide by 78 inches high, for a 10 by 10 frame you already own. That is not the $364.00 add-on. The add-on rides on a tent order. The $385.19 wall ships as its own product. Mixing the two numbers is how a reorder gets priced wrong.
Four sandbags add $133.00 on the tent order. The wheeled carry bag adds $164.00. The standard bag is the one in the kit. Whether you weight the legs is your call. The page sells the sandbag set. It does not tell you the wind will wait.
A canopy top alone, for a frame you already have, is a different product. A 10 by 10 top is $631.29. It does not include a frame, ropes, stakes or a bag.

What Else Fills the Booth?
Once the tent is decided, the table is the next surface people touch. A 3-sided throw covers the front and both ends and leaves the back open. The 6 ft page opens at $213.99, finished 126 by 62.25 inches, in 8.8 ounce machine-washable polyester with hemmed edges, dye-sublimated seam to seam. The 4 ft is $181.89, finished 102 by 62.25 inches. The 8 ft is $246.09, finished 150 by 62.25 inches. A 6 ft stretch cover, the fitted style that page opens on, is $353.09. A 6 ft fitted 3-sided cover is $235.39.
Indoor stands, if the show is a hall and not a tent at all, live on the banner stand hub:
- A standard retractable, 33 by 81 inches, stand plus insert, is $213.99. Sizes run 23 by 66 inches to 47 by 81 inches, $213.99 to $331.69. The insert is UV-printed fabric with curl-free edges.
- A deluxe retractable opens at $267.49 for 33 by 81 inches, single sided. The range runs to $438.69 for the double-sided size. The base is wider, with chrome endcaps, and the pole telescopes. It is the only retractable on the hub sold double sided.
- An X-stand opens at $117.69 for 24 by 63 inches, up to 32 by 71 inches at $139.09.
- A table top banner stand is $106.99.
- A tension fabric stand, 36 by 90 inches with graphic and frame, is $449.39. The 48 by 90 inch size is $534.99. Single sided and double sided cost the same.
A feather flag for the aisle, flag plus pole plus ground stake, runs $203.29 to $267.49. The flag page opens on the 14 ft kit at $224.69. A photo wall, if the booth needs a repeating logo behind a camera, is the step and repeat, not a second tent.

What Does Northline Instruments Order?
Northline Instruments is a fictional meter company. Their assignment is a 10 by 10 on the show floor, outdoors under their own roof rather than inside a hall. They order the full-custom tent at $973.69 because the canopy has to carry a product photo, not a one-color mark on a solid color. The logo-only kit at $759.69 would be the right row if the art were only the name.
They add one full wall at $364.00 on the back, so the front and both sides stay open to the aisle. They do not add four walls. A closed box is a storage tent, not a booth. They add the 6 ft 3-sided throw at $213.99 for the demo table. The standard bag is enough for how they travel, so they leave the wheeled bag at $164.00 unselected. They add the four sandbags at $133.00 because the lot is open, and they still treat placement as their own decision.
They skip a second stand in front of the wall. The wall is already the message. If the hall does not allow a canopy, the first line becomes the tension fabric stand at $449.39 instead of the tent. Backdrop, then table, then portable displays last.
Design on this tent is free. They still look at the proof, including the product photo at arm's length.
What Should You Leave Off the Order?
- A second full-custom canopy "so we have a spare." A spare top, if you already own a frame, is the $631.29 canopy-only product. A second $973.69 kit is a second tent.
- The $385.19 replacement wall added on top of a new tent order, when the $364.00 wall option was the line you meant.
- Four stands and no table. People still need a surface. The 6 ft throw is $213.99. The table itself is yours. The shop ships the cover.
- A feather flag ordered as if it were a back wall. The flag is a narrow cloth. The wall is the wide message.
- Assuming the V6 warranty covers wind. It has no warranty, and wind is excluded on the frames that do.
Bent legs are the most common frame damage we see. Dry the canopy before it goes back in the bag. Packing it damp is what causes mildew, and mildew is not a frame problem a warranty can help with.
How Long Does the Booth Take to Produce?
The V6 tent is 3 to 4 business days after you approve the art. Retractables, the X-stand, the table top stand, the tension fabric stand, the table throws and the feather flag are next business day after approval. A vinyl banner, if you add one, is 48 hours. Shipping on the order is a flat $10. Production time is not the day the box arrives. Put the show date in the notes if the date cannot move.
Build the 10 by 10 on the event tent page, then add the wall rung you actually want before you leave the configurator.
