What table tent sizes do we sell?
Inline Graphics sells tri-fold table tents in three finished sizes: 4 x 6, 4.25 x 6, and 5 x 5.5 inches, scored so each one stands on its own. 1,000 full-color 4 x 6 in tents on Tri-Fold Cover Stock are $641.99. Every order ships for a flat $10 to any US address.
The 4.25 x 6 in tent is $684.79 for 1,000 and the 5 x 5.5 in tent is $706.19 for 1,000, on the same Tri-Fold Cover Stock as the 4 x 6. Each size carries its own price, so keep every figure on the size it belongs to.
| Finished size | Width x height | How the face sits |
|---|---|---|
| 4 x 6 in | 4 in wide, 6 in tall | Tall card for one offer |
| 4.25 x 6 in | 4.25 in wide, 6 in tall | Same height, a wider logo |
| 5 x 5.5 in | 5 in wide, 5.5 in tall | Widest, closest to square |
All three are tri-fold cover stock, full color, scored so the piece stands without a separate holder. There is no custom-size field. Sizes you may see in other size lists, such as 4 x 8 in or 7 x 5 in, are not on this page. For a cut that is not listed, ask for a quote on the contact page. Order the three sizes we do sell on the table tents page.
The smallest pack is 1,000, and the only other pack is 2,500. A dining room with 30 tables still starts at 1,000. The extra pieces are the reserve for spills, bent folds, and the next reset, or they are more than you need. How to choose between those two packs is covered in table tents cost. This page is about which face fits the table.

How is a tri-fold table tent built?
A tri-fold table tent is one sheet of heavy cover stock, scored and folded so it stands on the table without a separate holder. That construction is what the product page states. It does not publish a panel map.
So this guide does not tell you which panel is the front. Your free digital proof is where the approved layout shows the reading faces, any area that closes the fold or sits on the table, and which way each face reads. Mark those on the proof before you set a headline, a price, or a code. If guests will walk up from more than one side, ask for the name and the offer on every face that shows.
Keep type off the score lines. A word that crosses a fold breaks when the card is assembled. Leave a quiet band along each score, the same way a flat card keeps type off the trim. Build a paper model at the finished size, fold it the way the proof shows, and set it on the table you have in mind. The proof is a flat file. The model is the piece a guest will see.
Where does each table tent size fit?
Choose 4 x 6 in for one offer on a dining table, 4.25 x 6 in when a wide logo needs a little more room, and 5 x 5.5 in for the widest, closest-to-square face on a counter or an event table.
The 4 x 6 in tent is 4 inches wide and 6 inches tall, the narrowest face of the three. 1,000 of them are $641.99. Use it for one special, one price, and one way to order or ask. The page lists face sizes, not the depth of the folded base, so fold a paper model at 4 x 6 and set it among the place settings on your own table before you order.
The 4.25 x 6 in tent is 6 inches tall and 4.25 inches wide, a quarter inch wider than the 4 x 6. That extra width is for a logo that is wider than it is tall, or a short line that was breaking on the 4 inch face. It is still a dining-table card. 1,000 are $684.79 and 2,500 are $1,044.
The 5 x 5.5 in tent is the wide one: 5 inches across and 5.5 inches tall. A wide mark, a two-item line, or a short schedule fits better here than on a 4 inch face. It is half an inch shorter than the 6 inch tents, so the change is the width, from 4 inches to 5. Use it on a service counter, a register, or an event table with open surface. At an event, one tent per table can carry a session time or a sponsor line. The smallest pack is still 1,000, so a 40-table event leaves most of the run as reserve. 1,000 are $706.19 and 2,500 are $1,074.
A lobby rack is a different job. A card that has to stand in a pocket is a rack card. The tent belongs on the table or the counter, where someone is already stopped.
How much do table tents cost at each size?
1,000 full-color table tents on Tri-Fold Cover Stock cost $641.99 at 4 x 6 in, $684.79 at 4.25 x 6 in, and $706.19 at 5 x 5.5 in. At 2,500 the same sizes are $999, $1,044, and $1,074. Shipping is a flat $10 on the order and is not inside any total.
| Size, Tri-Fold Cover Stock | 1,000 tents | 2,500 tents |
|---|---|---|
| 4 x 6 in | $641.99 | $999 |
| 4.25 x 6 in | $684.79 | $1,044 |
| 5 x 5.5 in | $706.19 | $1,074 |
Each row is one size only, so do not carry a 4 x 6 figure to a wider tent. Production is 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Printed in the USA, then shipped nationwide for the flat $10. Production time is not arrival time, so add transit when you count back from an opening or an event.
Send any file you have for $14.99 per item (PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, WEBP or HEIC, a phone photo or a Canva export), and after you order we make it print ready. Design it for me is $29.99 with two revisions, and it is free when the item is $499 or more. Every pack on this page is over that line, so the design help is included if you want the layout built. A free digital proof still comes with every order, and production starts when you approve it.
Count tables before you pick the pack. Thirty tables do not require 2,500 tents. A message that changes every week also argues for the smaller pack, because a dated special can leave most of a 2,500 run unused. An evergreen note, such as how to join a weekday lunch, can justify the larger pack if you have somewhere dry and flat to store the extras. The cost guide linked above walks that quantity choice in more detail.
How should type sit on a small tent?
Keep the headline large enough to read from a seat, about an arm's length, and keep it on a reading face. On a 4 x 6 in tent the usable face is already small once the scores take their margin, so one line of promise, one support line, and one code is a full design.
A guest looks at a tent while a plate, a glass, or a conversation is also in view. A paragraph will not be read. If the offer needs a paragraph, send that paragraph to a page the code opens, and let the tent do the pointing. The same limit is stricter on 4 x 6 than on 5 x 5.5, which is one reason to choose the wider size.
Check three things on the proof: whether any face reads upside down once folded, whether any word crosses a score, and whether the code is large enough to scan without picking the tent up. Fold the paper model and turn it the way a guest would. A flat file hides a reversed panel until the fold happens.
The print marketing collection is the next stop if the message belongs on a handout or in a rack instead of on the table. For the tent itself, pick the face first, then the pack, then approve the proof so the 3 to 5 business days can start.
