What flyer sizes do we print?
Inline Graphics prints flyers in five sizes: 4 x 6, 5 x 7, 6 x 9, and 8.5 x 11 inches on Standard 16pt Gloss cardstock, plus 5.5 x 8.5 inches on Premium 100# Gloss. 100 full-color 4 x 6 in Standard 16pt Gloss flyers are $74.89, and every order ships for a flat $10 to any US address.
Size follows stock on the flyer page. Each of the three stocks is cut only to its own list, so you choose the stock and the size together. The table shows every pair the page sells and the smallest pack of each one.
| Size | Stock | Smallest pack |
|---|---|---|
| 4 x 6 in | Standard 16pt Gloss | 25 for $53.49 |
| 4 x 6 in | Premium 100# Gloss | 750 for $181.89 |
| 5 x 7 in | Standard 16pt Gloss | 25 for $64.19 |
| 5 x 7 in | Premium 100# Gloss | 500 for $171.19 |
| 5.5 x 8.5 in | Premium 100# Gloss | 250 for $189 |
| 6 x 9 in | Standard 16pt Gloss | 25 for $64.19 |
| 8.5 x 11 in | Standard 16pt Gloss | 25 for $74.89 |
| 8.5 x 11 in | Standard 70# Uncoated | 500 for $256.79 |
Two patterns stand out. Standard 16pt Gloss is the only stock sold in small packs, starting at 25 pieces. Premium 100# Gloss and Standard 70# Uncoated start between 250 and 750 pieces and run up to 2,500, so they are the stocks for a long run. A 6 x 9 in flyer is sold only on 16pt, and a 5.5 x 8.5 in flyer only on 100# gloss.
There is no custom-size field. If you need a cut that is not listed, ask for a quote on the contact page instead of forcing the art onto a neighbor size. Order any of the pairs above on the custom flyers page.

What is each flyer size for?
Use 4 x 6 in for one offer, 5 x 7 in for an offer with a few supporting lines, 5.5 x 8.5 in for a half page of detail, 6 x 9 in when a photo carries the message, and 8.5 x 11 in for a list or a schedule.
A 4 x 6 in flyer is 24 square inches (4 times 6). It holds a headline, one image or one price, and one next step. It is the handout, the counter stack, and the piece that goes in a welcome packet. 100 on Standard 16pt Gloss are $74.89.
A 5 x 7 in flyer adds 11 square inches, 35 in all. That is room for the offer plus two or three short lines, or a code with a label beside it. 100 on 16pt gloss are $85.59, and that stock stops at 250 ($139.09). For a longer run of this size, Premium 100# Gloss starts at 500 for $171.19.
A 5.5 x 8.5 in flyer is half of a letter sheet, 46.75 square inches. It is sold only on Premium 100# Gloss, starting at 250 for $189. Use it for a short menu, an event program, or a page of steps that would crowd a 5 x 7.
A 6 x 9 in flyer is 54 square inches, a little more than twice a 4 x 6 (24 times 2 is 48). A real photograph fits, plus a few facts or a list of three items. 100 on 16pt gloss are $106.99, and this cut is sold through 500 ($278.19).
An 8.5 x 11 in flyer is a letter sheet, 93.5 square inches, almost four times the 4 x 6 (24 times 4 is 96). Use it for a schedule, a service list, or several images that should stay readable. 100 on 16pt gloss are $128.39, and that stock stops at 250 ($246.09). For a longer letter run, or a sheet people write on, Standard 70# Uncoated starts at 500 for $256.79.
The 4 x 6, 5 x 7, and 6 x 9 cuts also exist as postcards on 16pt gloss. If the piece needs an address panel and will be mailed, use the postcard sizes guide and build the address side on purpose. This page is the handout. A poster for the wall starts larger than letter: see poster sizes.
How much do flyers cost at each size?
At 100 pieces on Standard 16pt Gloss, flyers cost $74.89 at 4 x 6 in, $85.59 at 5 x 7 in, $106.99 at 6 x 9 in, and $128.39 at 8.5 x 11 in. Every row in this table is that one stock, full color, both sides.
| Size, Standard 16pt Gloss | 100 flyers | 250 flyers |
|---|---|---|
| 4 x 6 in | $74.89 | $106.99 |
| 5 x 7 in | $85.59 | $139.09 |
| 6 x 9 in | $106.99 | $171.19 |
| 8.5 x 11 in | $128.39 | $246.09 |
A pack of 25 on the same stock is $53.49 at 4 x 6, $64.19 at 5 x 7 or 6 x 9, and $74.89 at 8.5 x 11. A 500 pack is sold only at 4 x 6 ($149.79) and 6 x 9 ($278.19). These are pack totals for one size each, not a rate you multiply onto another size. The quantity story for the 4 x 6 build, including how to match a pack to a handout count, is in custom flyers cost.
The flyer page lists production at 48 hours after artwork approval and calls Standard 16pt Gloss its fastest-turnaround stock, so confirm the window for the other two stocks when you order. Printed in the USA, then shipped to any US address for the flat $10. Production time is not arrival time: add transit when you count back from a date.
Send your file or image through AI image to print for $14.99 per item. Design it for me is an extra $29.99 and includes two revisions, and that charge is free when the item itself is $499 or more. No flyer pack on the page reaches $499. The largest, 2,500 Standard 70# Uncoated letter flyers, is $438.69.
What do Premium 100# Gloss and 70# Uncoated flyers cost?
1,000 Premium 100# Gloss flyers are $192.59 at 4 x 6 in, $194 at 5 x 7 in, and $249 at 5.5 x 8.5 in. 1,000 Standard 70# Uncoated flyers, 8.5 x 11 in only, are $267.49.
| Stock and size | 1,000 flyers | 2,500 flyers |
|---|---|---|
| 100# Gloss, 4 x 6 | $192.59 | $320.99 |
| 100# Gloss, 5 x 7 | $194 | $310.29 |
| 100# Gloss, 5.5 x 8.5 | $249 | $379 |
| 70# Uncoated, 8.5 x 11 | $267.49 | $438.69 |
Premium 100# Gloss is a heavier gloss stock meant for high-volume runs. It is the stock to use when a 4 x 6 handout, or a 5 x 7 one, needs more pieces than 16pt sells. Read the exact row for your size: at 2,500 pieces the 5 x 7 in pack ($310.29) is listed below the 4 x 6 in pack ($320.99), so do not assume the smaller cut is always the cheaper one.
Standard 70# Uncoated is a text-weight sheet with a matte, writable surface. It suits a sign-up sheet, a form, or a handout someone marks with a pen. Its smallest pack is 500 for $256.79, and 750 is listed at the same $256.79, so check both rows before you settle on 500.
Are flyers printed on copy paper?
Standard 16pt Gloss flyers are cardstock, not thin copy paper. 16pt is a thickness: one point is 0.001 inch, so the sheet is 0.016 inch thick. That is a card you can hand someone, with a gloss surface for full-color photos.
Office copy paper is a different product, sold for a copier, and it is not what this page prints. The gloss card holds color and keeps a short stack from going limp. It is also why a 4 x 6 flyer can feel like the postcard of the same size: same stock family, same thickness. If someone needs to write on the sheet with a pen, the gloss surface is the wrong choice. Standard 70# Uncoated is the writable option, at 8.5 x 11 in only.
The second side is included on all three stocks. Put the next step on the front and the supporting detail on the back, or keep the back nearly empty if the front already did the job. Empty card is better than type that drops below a readable size.
What file should you send for a flyer?
Send the file you already have: the upload takes PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, JPG, PNG, SVG, TIFF, WEBP and HEIC, including a phone photo or a Canva export. After you order, we make it print ready (size, bleed, resolution and color) and send a free digital proof. Artwork preparation through AI image to print is $14.99 once per item.
You still decide the shape. Start the design in the proportions of the cut you are buying, so a 4 x 6 layout is drawn as a 4 x 6 and a letter layout as a letter sheet. Keep the phone number, the date, and any code clear of the outer edge, because the edge is where the stack is trimmed.
When the proof arrives, read both faces at the finished size, not zoomed in on a screen. A phone number that wraps, or a code that sits too close to the edge, will be on every copy in the pack.
Which flyer size should you order?
Order the smallest cut that still leaves the offer readable at arm's length. For most handouts that cut is 4 x 6 in on Standard 16pt Gloss: $74.89 for 100, $106.99 for 250, or $149.79 for 500.
Step up only for a reason you can name. Choose 5 x 7 when the 4 x 6 face cannot hold the lines you refuse to cut. Choose 5.5 x 8.5 on Premium 100# Gloss when you need a half page of detail and at least 250 pieces. Choose 6 x 9 when the photo is the message. Choose 8.5 x 11 when you have a list or a schedule, and remember that 16pt letter packs stop at 250.
Then let the count pick the stock. Up to 500, Standard 16pt Gloss covers most sizes. Past that, move to Premium 100# Gloss for small cuts or Standard 70# Uncoated for letter sheets. Upload the file, read the free proof at the finished size, and approve it, because approval is what starts production. The print marketing collection is the place to look if the job has outgrown a single sheet.

No. All three flyer stocks print double-sided at no extra cost. Use the back for the detail that would crowd the front.
The flyer page does not offer a custom size field. Order one of the listed size and stock pairs, or ask for a quote on anything else. A poster for the wall is a different product with larger trims.
