What job does each surface do?

Each surface gets one job. When the flag, the wall, and the table all carry the price list, the logo, and a paragraph, a person walking the aisle gets none of it.

Canopy: the logo

The canopy is the piece seen over other booths. Put the logo, or the name in the same lettering as the logo, on the valance people see from the aisle. Keep it to that mark. A tagline can sit under it if it is a few words. A menu cannot.

The fabric is 6 oz polyester, dye-sublimated seam to seam. Send the same approved logo and brand color references for the canopy, wall, cover, and flags. Review all surfaces together in the digital proof for consistent color choices. Different fabrics can reproduce color differently; a shared file does not guarantee identical physical color across materials.

Back wall: the message

The full back wall is 113 x 78 in on a 10x10 and reaches to within 4 inches of the floor. It is the panel someone reads after they have turned toward you. Use it for the message: what you sell, or who it is for. One sentence. The logo can be small here, because the canopy already did that job. Do not repeat the canopy art at the same size and then wonder why the wall looks empty of information.

Signature includes that one full wall. Side walls are not in Signature. Showstopper, at $2,653.59, prints the back and both sides and leaves the entry open. It also adds a Standard 33 x 81 in retractable. If you only need the one wall, you do not need Showstopper to "match." Matching is the file and the colors, not the number of panels.

Table front: the name

The 6 ft fitted cover in the package has an open back and fits a table that is 72 x 30 x 30 in. You bring the table. Put the business name across the front. People standing at the table are close. They can read a name. They should not have to read the canopy to remember who they are talking to.

The cover is 8.8 oz machine-washable polyester, a different cloth from the tent, printed to the same art. The reinforced strip is included. The other tent packages use this same cover in the base build. Changing to an 8 ft cover or a closed back is an add-on on the Essentials listing, not a second design system.

Flag: one word

Signature includes two 10.5 ft feather flags on frame mounts. A flag moves, and it is seen from farther away than the wall. Give it one word or the logo. A flag full of sentences is a flag nobody reads. Single sided print-through on a flag shows a mirrored image on the back. If that matters for your word, say so when you order. The package flags are part of the Signature design, not a separate flag order you have to color-match later.

Banner stand: the name again, at eye level

A banner stand is not in Signature. It is in Showstopper, as a Standard 33 x 81 in retractable and stand. Bought alone, that Standard retractable with a fabric insert is $213.99, with its own flat $10 shipping charge, produced the next business day after approval. Use it to repeat the name, not to introduce a new palette. If the stand is a separate product, a file you send is $14.99 per item. "Design it for me" is +$29.99 with two revisions, free when that item is $499 or more. The retractable at $213.99 is under $499, so the design fee applies on a stand ordered by itself. On the Showstopper package, the booth design is included.

How do you check the whole booth before cloth is printed?

Package Mockup & Print Files cost $99.99 for Essentials, Spotlight, Signature, or Showstopper and include front, back, and corner 3D views plus print-ready PDFs of every printed piece. The first mockup is emailed within 2 business days. Up to 2 rounds of changes are included. Nothing is printed or shipped, and you do not receive editable source files.

Order the package within 30 days and the $99.99 is credited toward it, before tax. Use the mockup to check logo placement, message hierarchy, and consistency before printing.

A canopy-only mockup is a different product, at $69.99, and it does not show the wall, the cover, and the flags. For a matched booth, use the package mockup.

How do shirts fit the same set?

Staff shirts are not in any tent package. They are a useful match when the person behind the table wears the same mark as the canopy, so a shopper who turns from the booth still sees the business. The apparel shop is live at custom apparel.

One direct-to-garment t-shirt is $42.79, on Bella Canvas, sizes S to 3XL, white or black. Front only or front and back is the same price. There is no minimum and no per-color charge on that direct-to-garment price. Production is 1 to 5 business days. Shirts ship as their own product, so they are their own flat $10, even when the tent kit is also in the cart. Request a screen-printing quote for ten or more shirts of one design.

The tent order does not design the shirts, and the shirt fee is not waived. A file you send for a shirt goes through AI image to print for $14.99 per item. "Design it for me" is +$29.99, free only when that item is $499 or more. One shirt at $42.79 does not reach $499. Use the same logo file you sent for the canopy. Do not redraw it. The largest front print area we state is 12.5 x 15.7 in. A tiny chest mark can match the booth. A full-bleed photo on the shirt usually does not.

The proof on a shirt, like the proof on the tent, comes after the order. Approve both. A shirt that uses an old logo is the mismatch people notice first, because it walks around.

What do the matched pieces cost?

Package rows ship as one kit for one flat $10. The shirt, the standalone retractable, and the mockup are separate products. The mockup is files by email, so it is not a shipped kit. A package plus a shirt is two products: $10 for the kit and $10 for the shirts.

V6 package production is 3 to 4 business days after artwork approval. Approve artwork on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day. Artwork approved after noon or on a weekend counts as approved the next business day. Ground transit is about 3 business days after production. These estimates do not guarantee an arrival date. The mockup's first file arrives by email within 2 business days of that mockup order, with nothing printed.
