Print the Booth, Then Plan the Receiving Window
The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center has multiple exhibit halls. Its exhibitor information lists 6 foot by 30 inch and 8 foot by 30 inch rectangular tables, but that does not mean your show includes either size. Check the exhibitor service manual or ask the organizer which table is in your booth before ordering a cover.
For shipped orders, we can send booth graphics to your office, hotel, show site, or an advance warehouse. When you are a hotel guest, we can coordinate the drop-off with the hotel so the order is waiting for you. The correct address, delivery dates, label format, and material handling fees come from your show manual and vary by event.

Table Covers
6ft throws are $213.99 open back or $278.19 closed back. 8ft throws are $246.09 or $320.99. Fitted covers start at $235.39; stretch covers are $353.09 for 6ft and $417.29 for 8ft.
Table Runners
A 24 by 72 inch printed table runner is $106.99. Use one over a plain table or solid cover when the booth needs a smaller branded face.
Banner Stands
A standard 33 by 81 inch retractable is $213.99. Deluxe retractables start at $267.49. Both pack down for travel and include their display hardware.
Backdrops and Fabric Stands
An 8 by 8 foot step and repeat backdrop is $492.19. Tension fabric stands are vertical 36 by 90 or 48 by 90 inch displays and start at $449.39.
Outdoor Canopies
A 10 by 10 foot logo canopy kit is $759.69. A full-custom canopy printed across the peaks and valances is $973.69. Both use a V6 frame at these prices.
Complete Booth Packages
The four 10 by 10 packages are Essentials at $1,059.29, Spotlight at $1,412.39, Signature at $1,765.49, and Showstopper at $2,653.59. Each starts with a canopy and fitted table cover, then adds more booth pieces by tier.

An advance warehouse accepts freight before move-in; direct-to-show receiving works only during the dates the show publishes.
