The George R. Brown Convention Center sits on the eastern edge of downtown Houston and hosts more than 30 major conventions each year. The planned GRB Houston South expansion is targeted to open in May 2028, and phased construction is planned to keep the existing convention center operational without scheduled show interruptions.
Confirm the receiving address, dates, label rules, and material handling terms in your show's exhibitor service manual before ordering. Houston orders ship to an office, hotel, venue, or advance warehouse. When you are a hotel guest, we can coordinate the drop-off so the order is waiting for you. Hand delivery and pickup are not available in Houston.

Table Covers
6ft throws are $213.99 open back or $278.19 closed back. 8ft throws are $246.09 or $320.99. Fitted covers start at $235.39; stretch covers are $353.09 for 6ft and $417.29 for 8ft.
Table Runners
A 24 by 72 inch printed table runner is $106.99. It gives a plain event table a branded front without replacing the whole cover.
Banner Stands
A standard 33 by 81 inch retractable is $213.99. Deluxe retractables start at $267.49. Both pack down for travel and include their display hardware.
Backdrops and Fabric Stands
An 8 by 8 foot step and repeat backdrop is $492.19. Tension fabric stands are vertical 36 by 90 or 48 by 90 inch displays and start at $449.39.
Outdoor Canopies
A 10 by 10 foot logo canopy kit is $759.69. A full-custom canopy printed across the peaks and valances is $973.69. Both use a V6 frame at these prices.
Complete Booth Packages
The four 10 by 10 packages are Essentials at $1,059.29, Spotlight at $1,412.39, Signature at $1,765.49, and Showstopper at $2,653.59. Each starts with a canopy and fitted table cover, then adds more booth pieces by tier.
