How Much Does a Rectangle Flag Cost?
A Small 8.5 ft single-sided rectangle flag and pole kit is $320.99, including an aluminum pole, ground stake, and carry bag. Printed in the USA the next business day after artwork approval, it ships nationwide for flat $10 shipping to any US address.
The price table compares all three heights on the same basis: one flag and pole kit, the included ground stake, and the carry bag. Medium and Large use taller graphics on the same product line. Every kit price is single-sided unless the column says otherwise.
Order it on the rectangle flag page. The cloth is 4 oz flag polyester, full color dye sublimation, on an aluminum pole set. The flag itself is a straight rectangle with a top rail. It does not bow out like a feather and it does not taper to a point.
| Height | Printed graphic | Kit, single sided | Kit, double sided | Flag only |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 8.5 ft | 31 x 90.5 in | $320.99 | $438.69 | $203.29 |
| 11.8 ft | 31 x 114 in | $353.09 | $481.49 | $256.79 |
| 15 ft | 31 x 151.5 in | $374.49 | $513.59 | $299.59 |
The width does not change. All three graphics are 31 inches across. Moving from 8.5 ft to 15 ft adds 61 inches of height, and the single sided kit goes from $320.99 to $374.49. It does not add a second column of type.
Single sided print thru reverse is the same price as the standard single sided print. On the Small kit that is $320.99. Reverse is still one face. Use it when the sleeve has to sit on the other edge of the art.

What Does a Rectangle Flag Kit Include?
The flag and pole kit is the printed flag, an aluminum pole set, a ground stake, and a carry bag. The stake is the spike for grass and soft ground, and it swivels in the wind. The bag ships with the kit. This product has no separate hard-case upgrade on the order form, so the bag in the kit is the bag you get.
Listed kit weight, flag plus pole set, is 2.48 lb at 8.5 ft, 3.01 lb at 11.8 ft, and 3.82 lb at 15 ft. Pole sections are 5 pieces at 8.5 ft, 6 pieces at 11.8 ft, and 5 pieces at 15 ft. The middle height is the one with the extra section. Packing the 11.8 ft pole is not the same job as packing the 15 ft pole, even though the 15 ft flag is taller.
Flag only is the replacement cloth for a pole set you already own. It ships without the pole, the stake, or the bag. At the three heights that is $203.29, $256.79 and $299.59. A first order that picks flag only arrives as fabric. The kit is the order that can be stood up the day it arrives.
The studio photo, with the spike under the pole, is the ground stake inside the kit. The lot photo, with the flag on a black plate, is the square base. Those are different lines, and the plate is not hiding inside the $320.99.
Which Rectangle Flag Height Do I Need?
Start with where the reader stands, then remember the cloth is 31 inches wide at every height.
The 8.5 ft flag prints at 31 x 90.5 inches. It fits a sidewalk, a booth row, or the front of a small building where people are close. Vertical type, one name, is the layout that fits 31 inches. The kit is $320.99 single sided. For a congregation that sets one flag by the walk, seen from the path to the door, this height is enough and the single sided graphic is enough.
The 11.8 ft flag prints at 31 x 114 inches. The kit is $353.09 single sided, with 23.5 more inches of cloth height than the Small and a 6 piece pole. Choose it when the 8.5 ft sits below the sight line, under a tall canopy or behind parked cars, and the reader is still near.
The 15 ft flag prints at 31 x 151.5 inches. The kit is $374.49 single sided. The step from Medium to Large is a much taller flag, back on a 5 piece pole. This is the height for a reader farther off, across a lot or down a row of tents. The name still has to live in a 31 inch width. A taller flag does not rescue a long horizontal line.
Build every file 31 inches wide. Only the length changes: 90.5 inches at 8.5 ft, 114 inches at 11.8 ft, and 151.5 inches at 15 ft. The printed graphic is the cloth. The assembled height is the flag standing on the ground stake, so a page set to 8.5 feet tall is taller than the 90.5 inch cloth. The top is a straight rail with a black sleeve. Start the name below that rail and in from the pole edge. Stack the words down the 31 inch column, and use the extra height on the 15 ft flag for a larger name.
Which Base Is in the Rectangle Flag Price?
The ground stake is the base in the kit. Anything else is a swap, priced here on the Small 8.5 ft single sided kit. Do not add these dollars to the 15 ft kit and call it a quote. The 15 ft base swap was not the configuration behind these totals.
A cross base, the aluminum cross for concrete, tile and indoor floors, is $385.19. A square base, the 22 lb steel plate, is $406.59. A cross base with a water bag, the fillable ring for wind on a hard surface, is also $406.59. Same total, different object. The plate is a weight you set down. The water bag is a ring you fill on site. Cross base plus the ground stake, for a flag that moves between grass and a floor, is $460.09.
Grass in front of a market stall is the stake, and the kit price covers it. A parking lot or a hall floor is the cross or the square. The water bag earns its place on a hard surface in wind. It does not earn a place in a lawn where the stake already holds.
What Do We Catch on Rectangle Flag Proofs?
The sleeve is the first mark on a proof. A black bound sleeve runs along the pole, and a straight rail crosses the top. Type that touches the sleeve is hidden when the pole is in it. A thin rule along the top rail gets lost in the hem. Keep the name in the open rectangle, with a clear gap at the pole edge and at the top.
The second catch is a second column. Because every height is 31 inches wide, a design that worked as two columns on a banner will not fit. Stack the words. A 15 ft flag gives you a longer stack. It does not give you a wider one. We see 15 ft files with a headline so long it has to be tiny, next to an empty lower half. Use the height. Leave the width alone.
The third is the back. Single sided print thru mirrors the art through the cloth. A cross or a simple mark can still be recognized. A sentence cannot. People walking both sides of a lot need the double sided kit: $438.69 at 8.5 ft, $481.49 at 11.8 ft, $513.59 at 15 ft. A flag flat against a building, one face toward the street, stays single sided.
How Fast Does a Rectangle Flag Ship?
Production is the next business day after you approve the proof. Shipping is a flat $10 to any US address, on the order rather than inside the kit. Count the carrier separately when the flag has a date it must be standing. The next business day is the print day.
Send your image through AI image to print and we prep size, bleed, resolution and color for $14.99 once per item. You get a free proof with every order. Design it for me is $29.99 when the art needs to be built, with two revisions, and that charge is free when this item is $499 or more.
Build the file at 31 inches wide and at the height you ordered: 90.5, 114, or 151.5 inches. Check the base on your order too. A square base that was meant to be a stake is an easy fix before the order is printed, and a costly one after the hardware is in the box.
