Measure the space and plan how you will tie it on, such as zip ties or bungees through the grommets, before ordering. Airflow through mesh does not establish that a valance can support it. Shoppers should see the farm name and one clue about what you sell, such as "greens" or "bread." Keep changing prices off that banner.

Mesh is 9 oz material with openings that let air pass through the graphic. That permeability can help in an exposed mounting location, but it is not a storm-safety rating. Inline Graphics does not publish a wind rating for mesh or solid vinyl.

Production takes 3 business days, with about 3 business days of ground transit afterward at a flat $10 per different product. Approve artwork on a weekday before 12 PM Central and production starts the next business day. Artwork approved after noon or on a weekend counts as approved the next business day. Nothing prints until the proof is approved, and the proof is emailed after the order.

There is no production setup fee. A file or photo is prepared through AI image to print for $14.99 per item. Design it for me is +$29.99 with two revisions, and that fee is free when the item is $499 or more. A 6 x 10 ft mesh banner at $479.00 is still under that line, so the design fee applies if you want us to build the art. The free digital proof comes after checkout either way.

How do you show prices that change every week?

Plan replacement price graphics in advance, and favor Deluxe drop-in inserts when prices change frequently. These are printed graphics, not erasable chalkboards. A Standard Signicade with one single-sided 24 x 36 in adhesive vinyl graphic is $267.49. The same frame with two graphics, one for each face, is $288.89. One replacement graphic for that Standard frame is $74.89. Two replacement graphics are $96.29. Each replacement is 24 x 36 in adhesive vinyl, printed on one side, with no frame included.

If you want a board you can pull out and drop back in, the Deluxe Signicade uses a coroplast insert. The frame with one 24 x 36 in graphic is $374.49. One Deluxe replacement graphic is $85.59. Both frames take 3 business days after proof approval.

Allow time for the proof, 3 business days of production, about 3 business days of transit, and a buffer before each planned price change. Neither model can supply a freshly printed update on demand that morning. Print the product and the price in the same places so a returning shopper knows where to look. Leave the farm name on the mesh banner or canopy. A common mistake to avoid is baking this Saturday's prices into the tent banner, which would require another banner for a one-week change.

Every canopy order includes the artwork design, and the AI image fee is waived on canopy orders. The free proof is still emailed after the order. Nothing prints until you approve it. The fabric is weatherproof polyester. The package listing calls the material waterproof and UV-resistant. Treat seams, water pooling on the roof, and wind-driven rain as ordinary limits of a fabric roof. No flame-retardant rating is published, and no wind rating is published. What should you print first?

Print the mesh banner first if you already have a tent. It is the piece shoppers see from the aisle, it is the lowest of these three prices at the 6 x 3 ft size, and it does not have to change when the price list does. Print the A-frame second, because a stall without prices makes people ask, and asking slows the line. Order the canopy third, or first only when you do not have a frame to stand under.

A useful first banner is the name, the one thing you are known for, and nothing else. A useful first A-frame is a short list: item, unit, price, repeated in the same rhythm. Save stories about the farm for a conversation at the table. The banner is not the place for a paragraph.

If the market gives you a corner stall with two open sides, one banner on the busier side is still the first print. Two mesh-banner lines in the same cart share one $10 shipping charge.
