What Does a Custom Women's Day T-Shirt Cost?
One direct-to-garment printed Women's Day t-shirt is $42.79 for front-only or front-and-back printing, in sizes S to 3XL, white or black, with no minimum. It is printed in the USA in 1 to 5 business days after artwork approval and shipped nationwide, with flat $10 shipping to any US address.
International Women's Day is March 8. Churches, schools, nonprofits and companies use it for a staff photo, a service, a fundraiser walk or a donor thank you. The product on this page is a practical custom tee: one Bella Canvas shirt, printed full color, that the group can hand out and wear again.
The custom t-shirt is a Bella Canvas 100 percent cotton tee, printed direct to garment. One shirt is the same price either way you print it.
| What you print | Price for one shirt | Sizes | Colors |
|---|---|---|---|
| Front only | $42.79 | S to 3XL | White or black |
| Front and back | $42.79 | S to 3XL | White or black |
There is no minimum and no charge per color in the artwork. A one color line and a full photograph are the same shirt price. Every size is the same price, so a team that needs 2XL and 3XL does not pay a size penalty on this product. Mixed sizes and both colors can sit on the same order. You are not splitting white and black into two checkouts.
Shipping is a flat $10 per order, after production. The $42.79 is the shirt. It is not the shirt plus the box.

Who Orders These Shirts
The page is built for small groups that need a real count, not a huge uniform program.
A church or a school orders a spread of sizes for the people in the photo and a few extras for anyone who joins late. A nonprofit orders them for a walk: the shirt is the gift, and the photo is the extra. A company orders them for the women on the team, one design, mixed sizes, white for some and black for others. A family reunion or a birthday uses the same tee. So does a booth crew that wants matching shirts at a show, and a grand opening that hands a shirt to the first guests.
One shirt is a complete order. Forty is the same product. The price does not drop at a quantity break on this page. At 10 or more of the same design, ask for the screen printing quote instead of checking out forty times at $42.79. That quote is a different method and a different price. It is not listed as a discount on the single shirt.
What Should You Print on a Women's Day Shirt?
Three pieces, and then stop. All of them go on the front, or the front and the back. This tee does not print a sleeve or a hem.
- One short line. Women Who Lead, Stronger Together, or the sentence your group already uses this year.
- One visual. A simple mark, not a collage of every logo the group has ever used.
- The organization name, small, on the front with the line, or on the back.
The front is what people see when the group stands together. The back is optional, and on this product it does not change the $42.79. Use the back for a date, a short second line, or the organization if the front is already full. Do not move the only readable words to the back and leave the front as a pattern. Do not put the only phone number on the back either, if the shirt is supposed to answer "who gave you that?"
Direct to garment lays the ink into the cotton the way a photo printer lays ink on paper. A gradient, a photograph or a logo with a dozen colors costs the same as a one color line. There is no plastic film sitting on the fabric, which is why a detailed design does not feel like a layer you can peel. Fine detail, including small text, is what this method is for. That is not a reason to fill the chest with small text. A line you can read across a room is still the better front.
Sizes, Colors and the Mockup
Sizes are S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. The page defaults to large. Change it per shirt. Colors are white and black. There is no heather, no navy and no purple blank on this product. If the art was drawn for a colored shirt you do not see in the buy box, redraw it for white or for black before you approve.
White and black take ink differently. A pale yellow line that looks strong on a black proof can disappear on a white shirt. If you order both colors, look at the art on both mockups before you approve. The free mockup comes after the order and is the place to catch that. Nothing prints before you approve it.
Tell the order notes how many of each size. "Mostly medium" is not a count. A box of mediums does not fit a real team. If you do not know the 2XL count yet, wait. Adding shirts later is a second order at the same $42.79, not a change to a box that has already shipped.
Send the design you want printed, and we make it print ready through AI image to print for $14.99 once per item. If the group has a sentence and a mark, that is enough to start the mockup. Look at the front, and at the back if you turned on both sides. Check spelling of names. A name misspelled on forty shirts is forty shirts.
Direct to Garment, and When to Ask for a Quote
Direct to garment sprays the ink into the cotton. That is why a detailed design does not cost more than a plain one.
At 10 or more shirts of the same design, ask for a screen printing quote. Screen printing is a different method and a different price. It is not the $42.79 on the product page. The page says that quote is the cheaper way at volume. If the group is under 10, or everyone wants a slightly different name on an otherwise shared design, stay on the page and order the tees. Direct to garment does not need a screen per color, so a one-off shirt is the job it is priced for.
An embroidered polo is a different product, for a collar and a stitched logo. It is not this tee, and it is not the $42.79. If the day calls for a soft printed shirt, stay here.
How to Wash the Print
Turn the shirt inside out. Wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang it. No bleach and no fabric softener. If you iron it, iron the inside, or keep a cloth between the iron and the ink. A hot iron on the print is how the ink cracks.
That care is the same on a front-only shirt and a front-and-back shirt. The back print is the same ink. Do not iron one side and assume the other side is a patch.
What We See Groups Get Wrong
- One size for everyone. Order S through 3XL in the counts you actually have.
- A front that lists the sponsors, the date, the address and a paragraph. The line gets too small to read in the photo the shirt was ordered for.
- Art placed on a sleeve or a hem. This product prints the front, or the front and the back.
- A design approved on a purple or green blank. The blanks here are white and black.
- Approving the mockup the week of March 8. Production is 1 to 5 business days after approval, and then the box still has to travel.
- Checking out forty shirts at the single price without asking for the screen printing quote. At 10 or more of one design, that quote is the step the page tells you to take.
- Ironing the print. Iron the inside, or keep a cloth between the iron and the ink.
What to Send With the Order
Send the line, the mark, and a count for each size. If the mark is a file, upload it. If it is a sentence the group already uses, type it in the order notes, and once you order the mockup is drawn from that. Say which shirts are white and which are black. Say the event date. Approve the mockup only after you have read the line out loud. A missing word is the mistake that shows up in the group photo, and it is cheaper to catch on the proof than on the shirt.
The front print and the back print are chosen before that mockup. Front only is one view to approve. Front and back is two. Both are $42.79. Do not approve the front and assume the back can be decided after the shirts ship. The back is either in this order or it is a later order.
Timing and Shipping
Shirts are produced in 1 to 5 business days once you approve the free mockup included with every order. Put March 8, or your event date, in the order notes. If the date is tight, the note is how you find out before anything prints, instead of after the box leaves.
They ship for a flat $10 to any US address.

Frequently Asked Questions
$42.79 buys one Women's Day t-shirt with the front printed or the front and back printed. There is no minimum and no per color charge. Sizes S through 3XL are the same price. Shipping is a flat $10 per order.
6 sizes are available: S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Choose from 2 colors, white and black, on Bella Canvas 100 percent cotton. Mixed sizes and both colors can go on the same order. Order a spread of sizes. A box of mediums does not fit a real team.
Direct to garment. The ink goes into the cotton, so a photograph, a gradient or a one color line costs the same. There is no plastic film sitting on the fabric. Runs of 10 or more of the same design can be screen printed instead. That is a separate quote, not the $42.79 price.
Production takes 1 to 5 business days after approval of the free digital mockup. Shipping comes after that, at a flat $10. International Women's Day is March 8. Put the event date in the order notes and approve the mockup while there is still time to ship.
One short line and one mark, on the front. This tee prints the front only, or the front and the back. A date, a second line or the organization name can go on the back. A shirt that lists every name and every sponsor on the front is hard to read.
Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang it. No bleach and no fabric softener. If you iron it, iron the inside or use a cloth over the print. A hot iron on the ink is how a good print cracks.
1 shirt is enough to order. One for a speaker and forty for a walk use the same product. If you need 10 or more of one design, ask for the screen printing quote before you check out at the single shirt price.
