Print Marketing
Flyers, Rack Cards, and Posters
The three formats that do the most work per dollar in local marketing: something to hand out, something to leave behind, and something to put on a wall.

Flyer and Poster Printing for San Antonio Businesses
A flyer is the shortest distance between an offer and a customer. It goes in a hand, on a counter, under a windshield wiper, or into a bag at checkout, and it has about three seconds to make its point. That is why the format rewards restraint: one headline, one offer, one way to respond.
Rack cards do the same job standing up. Sized to fit the wire racks in hotel lobbies, visitor centers, medical waiting rooms, and spa reception areas, they get picked up by people who are already looking for something to do or someone to call.
Posters take the message off the counter and onto a wall, a window, or an easel. Printed on heavy gloss stock, they hold color at a distance and stay flat through a season of promotion.
All three print full color at our San Antonio, TX shop, and every one of them can be configured and ordered online. If you want a second set of eyes on the layout before it runs, send the file over and we will review it with you.
What Each Format Is Best For
Handouts and Counter Stacks
Flyers in 4x6 through 8.5x11 for hand-to-hand distribution, checkout counters, community boards, and grand opening pushes.
Rack Displays
Rack cards in 3.5x8.5 and 4x9 sized for standard brochure racks in lobbies, visitor centers, and waiting rooms.
Walls, Windows, and Easels
Posters in standard and oversized sizes for storefront glass, community boards, event easels, and back-of-house schedules.
Stock That Matches the Job
Gloss cardstock for a premium feel, heavier cover stock for high-volume runs, and uncoated text stock when someone needs to write on it.
Double-Sided by Default
Most flyer stocks print on both sides at the same price, so the back can carry the map, the hours, the menu, or the fine print.
Color That Matches Your Brand
The same color discipline we hold every sign and banner to, so the flyer in someone's hand matches the sign on your building.

Handed Across a Counter
One offer, one headline, printed to be read in three seconds.

Standing in the Rack
Sized for the racks your customers already browse.

Working the Window
Heavy gloss stock that holds color from the sidewalk.

Clean Edge to Edge
Sharp trim, saturated ink, and no drift across the run.
Flyer, Rack Card, or Poster?
Reach for a flyer when the piece has to travel in a hand or a bag and carry one offer. Reach for a rack card when it has to stand in a display and get picked up by someone who is already browsing. Reach for a poster when the message needs to be seen from across a room or through a window. Plenty of campaigns run all three from one design: the flyer goes out, the rack card sits in the lobby, and the poster holds the window. Send us the campaign and we will tell you which pieces earn their place.

Flyer and Poster Printing FAQ
4x6 and 5x7 are the workhorses for hand-to-hand distribution and counter stacks because they are cheap to print in volume and easy to carry. 8.5x11 is the right call when the piece has to carry a menu, a price list, a schedule, or a form. If you are unsure, tell us where the flyer will be handed out and we will point you at the size.
16pt gloss cardstock is the default: it feels substantial and the color pops. Step up to 100# gloss cover when the piece represents a premium brand and will be handled a lot. Choose 70# uncoated when someone has to write on it, such as an order form, a sign-up sheet, or a handout with a blank line.
Yes, and on most flyer and card stocks double-sided printing costs the same as single-sided. Use the back for the map, the hours, the menu, the QR code, or the terms so the front can stay focused on one offer.
A print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks reproduces best. We also work from AI, EPS, and high-resolution raster files. If all you have is a rough layout or a logo, send it anyway and our design team will tell you what it needs.
Yes. Send the offer, your logo, and any photos you want used, and our design team will build the layout, proof it with you, and hold it on file so the next campaign starts from something rather than nothing.
