Growing Minds Child Care works out of a house-scale building with a name board over ordinary windows. There was nothing on the front to tell a parent what happens inside.

Each upper sash now carries a perforated panel: a photograph of a child at work, one short line of copy, and the flower border that runs through the school's branding. One window says Where Love Meets Learning, another Nurturing Young Minds Every Day, and a third simply promises it is going to be a great day. Green scalloped panels on the lower sashes carry the four words the school teaches by, Love, Learn, Guide, Grow.

The perforated film stops above the blinds, so the classrooms keep their light and their privacy while the outside of the building finally says something.
