Last Minute Event Printing: Order, Proof, Then Ship

What is the order-to-door chain?

Five stages, in this order: you place the order, we send a free digital proof, you approve it, we produce the job, then the order ships. Production time starts at the approval and does not include transit.

The proof comes after the order is placed. It is not a file you can request before you buy. Nothing prints until you approve it. A correction cycle happens in that gap, before the production clock. Approving a proof you have not read does not save the event. It prints the error on every piece.

After approval, the production window is the one in the table for that product. Printed in the USA. When production ends, ground shipping is the flat $10. Faster shipping methods can be picked at checkout on some products. The site does not publish those prices or any transit day count, so this guide says "plus transit" and stops there. Count production days, then leave room for the carrier.

Which event pieces are next business day?

The next-business-day list, after artwork approval, is the standard retractable, the step and repeat backdrop, the feather angled flag, the stretch table cover, the 6 ft table throw, the tension fabric stand, the X-stand, and yard signs. The table uses one common configuration of the pieces people order for a booth.

The 33 x 81 in retractable at $213.99 is Stand + Insert with UV Printed Fabric, the size that page opens on. Other sizes and the matte insert are priced in the retractable banner stand cost guide. Use those figures for a different size. Do not reuse $213.99 for a 47 x 81 in stand.

The 8 ft by 8 ft step and repeat at $492.19 is Graphic + Frame. The 9 ft kit is $513.59 and the 10 ft kit is $534.99, same next-business-day window, same 8 ft height. Graphic Only, fabric without the frame, is a lower price at each width and is the reorder when you already own the poles.

The Large 14 ft feather flag at $224.69 is Flag + Pole, single sided, with the ground stake and a carry bag. Other heights run from $203.29 at 9 ft to $267.49 at 18 ft on the same single-sided kit. A hard floor needs a different base, priced on that product page, and the flag is still next business day.

The 6 ft stretch table cover is $353.09, fitted for a standard 6 ft collapsible table, 8.8 oz polyester. The 8 ft stretch cover is $417.29. A 3-sided 6 ft table throw, open back, is $213.99 and is also next business day. Pick the cover that matches the table you will actually set up. The price does not move from one style to the other.

One 18 x 24 in yard sign on 4mm coroplast, single sided, is $53.49. Two of those signs are $64.19. The sign price does not include stakes.

Which pieces take longer than one business day?

Vinyl banners and mesh banners are 3 business days after proof approval. A 6 x 3 ft single-sided 13 oz vinyl banner is $133.00. A 6 x 3 ft 9 oz mesh banner is $154.00. Those are the piece prices. Finishing such as pole pockets or wind slits is extra on vinyl and is not inside the $133.00.

A 10x10 event tent with the canopy graphic and the frame is $973.69, produced in 3 to 4 business days. The 10x10 tent packages use that same 3 to 4 business day window. The Essentials package, a 10x10 tent plus a 6 ft fitted table cover, is $1,059.29 and includes design. Canopy lines waive the $14.99 artwork charge, and tent packages include design. The file charge on the stands, flags, banners, signs, and paper stays off a tent.

Flyers and paper business cards are 48 hours after proof approval in the standard window. One hundred 4 x 6 in custom flyers on Standard 16pt Gloss are $74.89. Two hundred fifty double-sided 16pt cardstock business cards are $74.89. A 24 x 12 in vehicle magnet on 30 mil magnetic vinyl is $74.89, and its standard production time is 48 hours. The rush lane below can move some of these to next business day. It does not move banners or tents onto that list.

If the event is inside a week and you still need a tent, order it only if the 3 to 4 business days plus transit still land before you have to be on site. The same test, with a shorter production number, is how you decide on a banner.

What does the rush lane cover, and what does banner rush change?

Yard signs, vehicle magnets, paper business cards, and flyers ordered before 2:00 PM Central on a business day qualify for next-business-day production. That is the rush printing lane. Vinyl banners are not in it.

The 2:00 PM Central line is on the order. Production still starts when the proof is approved. An order placed at 1:30 PM that sits unapproved until the next afternoon has not started its production window yet. Approve the same day if you ordered before the cutoff and you need the next business day.

Banner rush is a different switch, on the banner itself. It adds 50% to the banner price only, never to finishing add-ons such as pole pockets. Design Under Deadline covers last-minute file changes. Print-Ready is for approved artwork that needs the rush service. On a 6 x 3 ft 13 oz banner, both versions of that rush service price the piece at $199.50, up from $133.00. The site does not state how many days that 50% buys. Do not plan the event on a day count this page cannot quote. Use $199.50 as the price of the rush option, and keep 3 business days as the published production time.

How do you avoid delays on a last-minute order?

Approve the proof as soon as it arrives, and send a file you already have through AI image to print for $14.99 per item. That is one charge per item, including a PDF, a phone photo, a Canva export, or an image from a chat tool. There is no production setup fee. The $14.99 is the charge that makes your file print ready after the order. A template that would skip that charge is not on the site.

Design it for me is +$29.99 with two revisions, and it is free when the item is $499 or more. On a $213.99 stand, the design add-on is $29.99, and it adds a design cycle before the proof you approve. If you already have a usable image, the $14.99 path skips the design step entirely. If the item itself is $499 or more, such as a 10 ft step and repeat Graphic + Frame kit at $534.99, the design add-on is free and the time you still control is how fast you answer the proof.

The free proof arrives after the order. Read the size, the spelling, and the product name on it, then approve. That approval is the start of the next business day, the 48 hours, the 3 business days, or the 3 to 4 business days, depending on the row you ordered. Transit comes after. Flat $10 ground shipping to any US address.
