The Card That Gets Kept

Aluminum Hard Cards for San Antonio Professionals

A metal card changes the moment of the handoff. It has weight, a cool surface, and an edge that nobody mistakes for paper, and it interrupts the automatic pocket-and-forget reflex that every paper card fights. People look at it, then they look back at you.

That reaction is the whole point, and it is also the reason metal cards are a supporting piece rather than a replacement. They cost more than paper because they are made of metal, so the sensible pattern is a paper card for volume and a small run of aluminum for the introductions that are worth the difference: the closing meeting, the referral partner, the investor, the client whose project pays for the quarter.

We print full color on brushed aluminum in two thicknesses. The lighter 0.025in stock has a bit of flex and still reads unmistakably as metal. The heavier 0.040in is rigid and has real heft in the hand.

Cards are produced through our San Antonio, TX shop and can be configured and ordered online.

Where a Metal Card Earns Its Cost

High-Value Introductions

The closing meeting, the referral partner, the investor conversation. Situations where being remembered has a number attached.

Luxury and Premium Services

Custom builders, high-end real estate, private clubs, med spas, and specialty trades where the card should match the price point.

Two Thicknesses

0.025in for a lighter card with some flex, or 0.040in for maximum rigidity and weight in the hand.

Full Color on Metal

Printed in full color, with the brushed aluminum surface reading through the design as part of the finish.

Single or Double-Sided

Print one side and let the brushed metal show on the back, or run both sides for contact details and a service line.

Built to Survive

Metal does not dog-ear, soften, or absorb a spilled drink. The card looks the same a year later as the day you handed it over.

Weight in the Hand

Metal interrupts the pocket-and-forget reflex.

Matched to the Price Point

For services where the card should feel like the work.

Run Metal Alongside Paper, Not Instead of It

Metal cards cost more than paper because they are metal. Handing one to every person at a networking mixer burns the budget on people who were never going to call. The pattern that works is a bulk run of 16pt paper cards for everyday volume, plus a small run of aluminum kept in a separate pocket for the introductions worth the difference. Same design, two tiers, and you decide in the moment which one the conversation deserves.

Metal Business Card FAQ

0.040in is the heavier, fully rigid card and delivers the strongest impression in the hand. 0.025in is lighter with a slight flex, still clearly metal, and easier to carry a few of in a wallet. If the card is going into a jacket pocket for a single meeting, go heavier. If it rides with you all week, the lighter one is more practical.

They are worth it for the conversations where being remembered is worth real money, and they are not worth it for handing out fifty at a mixer. Most clients run a bulk paper card for volume and a small metal run for the introductions that justify the difference.

Yes. You can print both sides, or print one side and let the brushed aluminum finish carry the back. Leaving the back bare is a deliberate look that some brands prefer.

Bold marks and high-contrast type reproduce beautifully. Very fine hairlines and pale tints are where we pay closer attention, since the brushed surface reads through the design. Send us the artwork and we will tell you honestly what needs adjusting.

They are cut to standard business card dimensions, so they fit wallets, card cases, and badge holders. The heavier 0.040in stock takes more room than paper, which is part of why most people carry a small number of them rather than a full stack.

Yes. Orders are produced through our San Antonio, TX shop, packed protected so the edges and surface arrive clean, and shipped to you.
