- Bold marks and clear contrast read best on a brushed surface. Very fine hairlines and pale tints are where we will suggest adjustments.

0.040in is the heavier, fully rigid card and delivers the strongest impression in the hand. 0.025in is lighter with a slight flex, still clearly metal, and easier to carry a few of in a wallet. If the card is going into a jacket pocket for a single meeting, go heavier. If it rides with you all week, the lighter one is more practical.
